Fantastic experience: This is a perfect gym, which offers a state-of-the-art equipment. It has a great dual hip abductor machine, for instance. Its ample and clean space allows all members to train and exercise in a pleasant environment. Grace, the gym manager, is highly professional and motivated. She constantly ensures everything is organized and in perfect order and acknowledges all members in gym creating a safe and friendly atmosphere. I like this gym because I can really see positive results. I can feel a very good experience every time I visit the gym. I highly recommend this gym to achieve any type of fitness goals. Its personal trainers are knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’m pretty happy with the gym. The equipment is good for me. It is clean and doesn’t smell. I prefer it to the Mile End branch because the treadmills face the window. I would like a better assault bike, but that’s not a big issue. The manager is friendly and welcoming, which makes going to the gym a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to join anytime fitness black forest and I can honestly say it was the best decision. It's an outstanding, clean ,organised and well maintained gym but the real winner is the lovely and very passionate gym manager Grace. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her role there and beyond is seldom seen in someone so young as her and saying that I'm very impressed is an understatement. Find the time to make yourself known to her and your training experience will be next level.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a gym for a very long time that feels comfortable, welcoming and has a great range of equipment and this is it! I have been attending several times a week and found that the gym atmosphere is really lifted by the staff and trainers who are always there with a smile, encouraging words and always willing to help show how a piece of equipment works or where it is located. The people who train there include a wide range of skills and physiques enabling everyone to feel comfortable with wherever they are on their health and fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Black Forest is very welcoming and has friendly staff. I PT weekly with Nathan, and every time I come in, staff greet me warmly. Is a very safe, comfortable place and I love gymming there. I had to cancel my membership due to financial hardship and they were so kind enough to put my membership on hold so I could unfreeze it if I wanted. Overall, a great, happy environment and would highly recommend!

Negative experience: It’s a spacious and has a good infrastructure. The reason why I’m giving 1 star is because of the management of this gym train staff to push clients to not leave the gym. I don’t have to explain myself many times why I’m leaving or want to leave. You just ask once and move forward. I don’t blame staff, but I blame the manager of this gym. This message is for you: you’re doing a very poor job. This franchise needs to do some improvement in the app especially in pausing the plan. If I’m working 2 weeks away I don’t want to send an email to pause the plan. That’s very annoying. There are plant of options around, cheaper prices and same quality. Just cancel my plan and stop charging my card. Seems like being nice and sending email and going in person doesn’t work. I’m not changing this review even for free membership. You piss me off.

Positive experience: Fans are annoying. You don't need a/c AND fans. It's absurd that any idiot can walk up at any time and turn a fan on, right next to where others are already training comfortably in the appropriate attire for the conditions. Edit: No, gym users do NOT work together in this matter at all. In fact right now, one of these fans is being alternately turned on & off by different people. I have to say, the clientele at this branch are particularly ill-mannered. Another example - when I'm using the 'power rack' for bench presses etc, some people will just walk up and take weights off it, which I've often just taken the time to go and collect so I can use them. Out of the 7 or so times this has happened, not even ONCE has someone had the basic courtesy to ask if I need these weights &/or if they can take them. I ALWAYS ask, even if I'm pretty sure the person using the rack won't need them. Takes 3 seconds to be polite & respectful. Which these people are not.

However, as I live in Everard Park, you will be seeing alot more of me. Every month I have to attend the Findon branch, for one on one training with my instructor Anthony Panagiros. Negative experience: Please pick up your phone I need to urgently freeze my membership and cannot let the transactions continue. I have left a voicemail. If you have staffed hours shown here then someone should pick up.

Negative experience: I don't mind this gym, but for the love of god, please answer your phone or at least call back. I've left about 5 voicemails over the past 3 weeks and no one calls back. I've had to leave for work to Perth for 4 months and just need to put my membership on hold.

Negative experience: Disappointing! . Came for a trial early morning with my friend, could not even warm up as one of their Personal Trainer had moved machines for his clients and did not even bother to keep them back, making the entire warm up area crowded and unsafe. The personal trainer was very rude and did not even listen to us, just walked away; what a shame, please ask your personal trainer to have a smile and basic courtesy, I will not be joining. RUDE STAFF!

Negative experience: I have been a member of this location since December 2021 when an absolute space cadet signed me up on false free deals without explaining anything. One can't complain about the service ... because there isn't any! I went there as a walk-in customer to see their gym and inquire about the membership packages but they made it compulsory to fill in a form with all the details before they would even start to explain anything about the membership. The salesperson mentioned how - all I have to pay is 198$ and sign up for a recurring 35$ a fortnight Flexi-membership which entitles me to all sorts of benefits like a free first month and free unlimited holds and cancel when I want, etc. with no lock-in contracts! So I sign up for the deal! Little did I know that to even cancel your membership you need to give a 14-day notice period as if ur resigning from an organization which will be your final bill amount. Where was this information mentioned at the time of signing up? I checked my contract and it's written in tiny letters somewhere where nobody's attention would ever go! So now I've paid 70$ for a whole month of gym membership which I can't / don't want to use after this experience. It's a matter of principle, not money! Don't screw your customers over!! I' will not be coming back to this branch or brand after this experience and will not be recommending anyone else to, either!
