PEAK 24 FITNESS AND PT

Fantastic experience: After suffering many years of soft tissue injury I sought the advice and expertise of the team at Peak. From designing a program to load management I was able to consistently attend and results have been outstanding. Fitness increase, strength increases and significantly reducing injuries has allowed me to play sports and games injury free for over a year. I highly recommend the friendly team of Peak24. Great prices, amazing results and can't fault the gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here on and off for the last month and a half with Jackson as my PT. Its been a great experience, Jackson and Cameron have been checking in to see how I've been tracking with my progress and calorie goals. Jackson has been very accommodating to my demanding work schedule and is always willing to try and make things line up to the best of his ability.

The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and equipped with a wide variety of machines and weights to suit all fitness levels. The trainers are incredibly friendly and helpful—they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. They’re knowledgeable and really invested in helping members reach their goals. I've taken a few of their group classes, and they are challenging but fun! There’s a great mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility classes, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, Peak 24 has a great vibe—positive, motivating, and supportive. It's the perfect place for anyone serious about fitness or just starting out.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, was the first gym I've been to that didn't have that typical off-putting vibe that the more commercial-type gyms tend to have from some of the attendees if you catch my drift. Unfortunately my location's changed so I can't make it conveniently anymore but it'll always be a good memory while I 'make-do' with one closer to my changed location. Definitely worth visiting!

Fantastic experience: I joined peak 24/7 about 2 yrs ago and that has been one of the best investments in my fitness and wellbeing. I started with the gym access only membership which was already great as the gym isn’t overly crowded even during peak hours, the equipments are good and the place is very clean, not to mention the great location and plenty of parking available . I also must bring up the staff who all are super friendly and know you by name. More recently I upgraded my membership to have access to the group classes and that has been the best decision ever! All personal trainers are so creative and helpful, always happy to modify exercises to suit your fitness level/injuries. You feel so welcomed! Occasionally they offer outdoors and thematic classes, challenges and even seminars. 5 stars to the Peak team! I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best !!!!! It’s all day every day, got great supplements, work out equipment is fantastic, it’s clean, the facilities are just right, it’s SO friendly the owners are the nicest people always there to help with a warm smile, the classes are amazing, they are educated, qualified and share that knowledge happily with your best interests at heart every time tailored for your specific needs/situation. I was a little fearful and dreading this process as so many gyms out there are full of the opposite to what Peak24 is but I’ve NEVER felt uncomfortable or intimidated at this gym I’m so glad I got it right the first pick !!!! Working with a Personal trainer is the best thing I’ve done I love it and needed it after Bariatric surgery and they’ve supported me no end, I WANT to go workout which I thought I’d never say, the systems in place are just great, thanks Cam, Jackson & Jeremy !!!

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago I was looking for a gym that would have the right mix of group classes and individual resistance training. I got what i was looking for Peak 24. The HIIT group classes are wonderful. I would have never stretched myself to that extent if it were not for these classes. I especially enjoy the Sunday 09:00 am morning class . The mid week Pilates session is an icing on the cake. Its more like a community gym where the members know each other personally and the gym trainers know most of the members by their names . The gym equipment are descent and can achieve all kinds of resistance and strength training . I will highly recommend Peak 24 to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Peak fitness is professional, flexible and fun! They are truly well trained and know their stuff - able to work you hard while taking care of you. They know all their clients well and create an environment that’s enjoyable to hang out in. Their location and ease of parking makes it accessible any time of day.

Fantastic experience: Like so many others I would join a gym with best intentions. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I was canceling because the place just didn’t have a nice feel. The minute I walked in the door at Peak24 I instantly felt at home. The staff all said hello like we had known each other for years, other gym-goers smiled and were welcoming and the setup of the place is very inviting. I now find myself looking forward to the next time I can get to the gym or PT sessions with Jeremy. If you want to join a gym that makes you feel like you are working out in your own environment with new friends, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Peak 24 has been a complete game changer for me, the vibe of the gym mixed with well maintained equipment and knowledgeable approachable staff made this gym a place i wanted to be. They welcome all kinds of pepole and help everyone to achieve there individual goals. This is not your typical cookie cutter gym that over sells memberships and neglects its clients, rather taking a more personal and holistic approach.

Fantastic experience: I am a Foundation Member (8 years) I live within 800m and visit the gym at least 3 times a week for sessions with my Personal Trainer Jeremy. All of the friendly staff and many of the clients know me by name. Peak is essential to maintain my fitness, weight and muscle strength. The gym is spotlessly clean and the equipment is maintained in excellent condition.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 3 years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming - knowing most members by name. The gym is well equipped and has value for money group fitness classes, 24/7 access and PT options. The classes are always varied with staff there to encourage and support you to work hard. The staff take their time to get to know you and your goals and help you stay on track to achieve them. Getting to know other members of the gym, the staff and being part of the Peak 24 community has been a fantastic experience. I can't recommend being part of the Peak24 gym community enough.

Returning to the gym after having a baby has been a fantastic experience. The moms and bubs class is so much fun and every week is different but also varied to all fitness levels. It’s has been a great way to get back into fitness - Chloe’s style is gentle yet challenging and she is fantastic with the babies!
