Fantastic experience: Excellent equipment. Great location and free parking (which is amazing to have in the city). The owner Don is very friendly and approachable. I haven't seen this high quality equipment in any of the other 24/7 gyms (eg. Jetts, Anytime Fitness). If you are serious about lifting, this is the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: Good range of equipment for powerlifting and strength training. Also a variety of conditioning equipment. Central location and convenient for me to go either before work or after. Don has just started coaching classes on correct the lifting techniques which are very helpful. Intro strongman classes on Saturdays are also good for learning about using strongman equipment and exercises that develop strength in an alternative way to add some variety to your workout. Love the place!
