Negative experience: The water dispenser is contaminated. I don’t go anywhere other than the gym because I work from home. I visited this snap gym and drank the water from the dispenser. After 3 days I am stuck with high fever and a cold. Please ensure that the drinking water is safe and maybe fix the pressure on the fountain.

Fantastic experience: In Perth for a week and was looking for a gym. Shout out to Maddie behind the counter. They gave me and my Fiancée the best customer service when signing up for one week. They took their time showing us around and that made us feel very comfortable and cared for. Gym was nice, clean and has got everything you need.

Negative experience: I went to the gym for 6 months. While starting the membership, i was promised free PT classes which encouraged me to join. But i tried requesting the manager several times but never got a PT session. Pretty disappointing. Also the gym is in a really bad condition at times with weight kept all around. I wouldn't recommend joining this gym.

Negative experience: In the middle of my training they took me out of the gym because I didn't have a towel, I understand the biosafety measures, but I see no reason for them to take me out of the gym, besides the fact that the gym was old and with damaged machines, I didn't have towels to supply to users, I do not recommend this gym 0/10. The above led me to cancel my subscription.

Fantastic experience: Maddi is the single greatest gym manager I've had the pleasure of hanging out with and 100% one of the main reasons I continue to use Snap CBD. Not only do they make me & my partner feel really welcome, they helped me settle in and actually get over my fear and anxiety of gyming especially by myself. I honestly avoid most other Snap Fitness gyms now because the vibe isn't the same as CBD. Honestly - I don't know if I'd continue to use CBD if Maddi ever left! I'm usually there 4-5 times a week and it's always a pleasure to have a chat with them. They're helpful, care so much about safety and the comfort of other members. Maddi, never change - you rock!

Negative experience: I was a member at this gym for good 8 months. Every member is promised a PT session at the start of the contract, but no one gets it. I have tried chasing the club manager several times for it but no luck. I have asked around and seems like most of the members never get the complimentary PT session that this gym promises at the start of the membership. Also, the gym gets really dirty on the weekends. Could be because its not cleaned on weekend, but not sure.

It’s perfectly positioned in the city, is staffed by super friendly and helpful staff and isn’t overpacked like some gyms meaning easy access to the weights and equipment I want to use. It’s also clean with plenty of facilities for changing or when nature calls.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking for a new gym I intended to visit every premises close to the Perth CBD, within 5 minutes of entering Snap I knew there was no need to check out the others. I was immediately greeted by a friendly and welcoming face in the form of Maddi who gave me a tour of the excellent club facilities and instantly made me feel like I belonged and wasn't an outsider, feelings I have had issues with in the past. The facilities are excellent and kept very well. I have never had to wait for a piece equipment without there being something else free that I could restructure my workout around. I can't recommend Snap Fitness Perth CBD highly enough.

Positive experience: The Gym is quite equipped with quality machines. However, the operating system is dysfunctional. One wall fan close to the steps machines is not working from the mu first day and still broken. There are no drinking water in my whole period. Toilet is mostly dirty by the members and no one to clean. So after or before gym it is a mental physical annoyance and unhygienic to strp in the toilets. There is no reception or instructor staff even in fridays. These are basic requirements need to have in this competitive market. While snap charge pretty similar to other gym, service is really poor. You already behind of no group class, sauna or pool. On top, service is poor too.

The manager, Kim she is super lovely and friendly, helpful, and a big smile in her face when each members enter the gym. Clean, showers and huge space at the gym, the equipment are great. Fantastic experience: Really good place to work out. If you like the gym and still have some doubts about anything, you can ask for a trial. Staff members are so good and helping even members are also helping. So you can ask any tips from anyone they will definitely help you out. Whole place is clean and mostly hygienic. you want to visit the gym you just need to call them and set an appointment and, they will provide you a guide who walk you through the whole gym and ask you for your initial goals, mine was weight lose.
