F45 Training Glenelg

Fantastic experience: Super lovely trainers! Im just starting and I really appreciate how they correct my technique. It’s also really nice that the music isn’t too loud and they don’t the have to shout. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve walked past other F45 centres in QLD with 3 people in a class. Trainers were wearing microphones and you could hear the music across the street. Those centres are trying to appeal to the wrong demographic.

Fantastic experience: Shoutout to the great instructors at F45 Glenelg. Always a great workout. Trainers are there to push us hard or to modify the exercise that suits individual's fitness level. I always prefer group workouts than doing it on my own in a gym. It's more fun!

Positive experience: Decided to not continue at F45 Glenelg due to the fact the owners don’t seem to want to invest membership fees back into the club. It’s one of the most run down F45 clubs we have trained at and is in need of attention. Old mats, dirty machines, broken speakers, broken sled track and hardly any hand sanitiser. They don’t even place mats down on the floor to do push ups. It’s unhygienic and comes across ‘cheap’ Considering it costs $60 per week to exercise here and they have a wait list almost every day, a note to management to invest into this space to retain members.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, supportive, friendly, encouraging trainers and welcoming members. It's small so there's sometimes a waiting list but there's an app to help you manage your bookings so you don't miss out.
