Fantastic experience: A great place to start if you are looking to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle habits and boost your confidence in doing so. There are no mirrors on the walls which is reassuring for people like myself.The structure is there for those who like directions on what to do and how many reps to do them for. The friendly and encouraging staff are watching to make sure your technique is safe and provide guidance when something needs tweaking. Most of all the friendly members community makes this place warm and inviting to attend. The work Simon and Nigel have put into building this exercise community is to be commended. I don't generally do public posts, but this opportunity to do so was too important not to.

I have always found the gym very inviting, with personal attention received with your technique and caring with any medical issues. Ps. They make sure that you don’t slacken off which is good as we can if allowed to. The other good thing about EFM Glenelg is there aren’t any mirrors and nobody judges about age, size or ability. Each day has a different circuit which keeps it interesting & keeps me motivated. Having a fob to use the gym is fantastic for me, especially when work and life sometimes clash with class times. A different program every day plus excellent equipment which is well maintained (no 'out of order' signs!) plus very professional trainers who are quick to give tips and advice and a really friendly and supportive atmosphere add up to the best place to get and stay fit.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever been a part of. If I hadn’t relocated to a different area, I’d still be going here. In addition to having access to decent equipment, there are group exercise classes most days. Simon’s fun and positive energy makes it impossible not to want to join in, and the atmosphere with everyone is great. No poser attitudes here, just regular people that want to improve their health and smile along the way. The best!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many Gyms over the years and EFM Glenelg owned and run by Simon is the most professional I have attended. Aligning to the goals of its members there is no unachievable goals and if you have been slacking of there is no stigma just encouragement. I would highly recommend Simon's Gym and the team at Glenelg.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are knowledgeable and can modify exercises to suit injuries or capabilities. Workouts are different every session and it is a great group of people who encourage and support each other in their goals so, whether it is to increase fitness, tone or lose weight, its all coveed here. I had been a member at other gyms before but they can be a bit clicky and a fashion parade but there is none of that here! Just good pople, good vibes and great challenging workouts. Weights, cardio and a bit of crossfit thrown in sometimes to, which keeps it interesting.

Fantastic experience: I love how this gym is cleaner than a hospital and how there is always plenty of parking near by. This is the best fat burning centre in suburban Adelaide. The management including trainers and patrons are very friendly people.

Fantastic experience: This gym is cleaner than any other gym I have been to. Everything is cleaned with alcohol based spray by the instructors and all the members in every workout. Everyone looks out for each other in terms of cleanliness and safety. I feel really safe going to EFM Glenelg especially during these times of COVID risks.
