Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with my 6 week plan through Kayle! He understood my sporting requirements, created a plan and I had gotten better across all my key lifts through the progressive overload structure, which was a good change from my normal routine. The app was extremely handy too in keeping track of previous numbers and also getting feedback/alternate exercises from Kayle, who checks in on all the workouts. He is always easy to chat to.

Fantastic experience: Can’t rate Kayle highly enough, he’s a patient, non judgemental and supportive personal trainer. Knows how to challenge you whilst still making the sessions enjoyable and not torturous. Always encouraging both in person and online.

Fantastic experience: Following a period of about three years of not exercising (despite several gym memberships), I came across a flyer for Kayle's 8 week challenge. I was apprehensive in joining yet another gym, however I knew on the first meeting with Kayle that this would be different. Kayle's approach to his work and providing people with the opportunity to get back on top of their fitness is why both he and his clients are successful. The gym culture is inclusive, motivating and all in all appealing. The group workouts are always varied, the results unassumingly sneak up on you, and it's a great feeling. It's been almost one year now. Simply put, thanks to KFitness, I now enjoy going to the gym.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming and fantastic gym! I’ve made friends for life here. Amazing for all fitness levels, you can go at your own pace in the classes and the trainers love helping out with your goals. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Having received a flyer in the mail I tried Kayle's 8 week fitness challenge. I'm so glad that I did! I'm now a regular at the early morning classes where supportive, motivating staff and fellow members go about their training. Kayle pushes you in a very unassuming and subtle way that delivers results whilst ensuring great technique. Love it.
Fantastic experience: Kayle Fitness is really professional and is a 1 stop shop with dietician services as well and Zoe is great at health and nutrition. I love the in gym PT sessions and also the videos online when I am training on my own The videos are easy to follow and are short and sharp, highly recommend; great variety every week 10/10

Fantastic experience: Been going to here for nearly 1 year and I absolutely love it. Walking in for the first time was a daunting feeling but after the first class and properly meeting the trainers it made me more confident. I love the classes they pushed me in a good direction and helped me feel confident about myself again. I love that it’s a good community and meeting new people at my most vulnerable (while struggling to breath during the classes) love it and will highly recommend people to make that start here and you’ll never look back.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Kayle Fitness about a year ago and since the get-go it has had a positive impact on both my fitness and health. Kayle is a knowledgeable instructor who encourages each one of his clients to be the best they can be. I have achieved many fitness goals I never thought were possible thanks to Kayle - I always look forward to each session... and the gym environment is so welcoming, you immediately feel like part of a family!

Fantastic experience: I started at Kayle Fitness in June 2020 when there was an 8 week challenge. It had been a few years since I had been to a gym so I needed a kick in the butt. From my first class the thing I noticed (and continue to notice) is that Kayle has done an amazing job at creating a Gym where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Everyone has their own fitness goals but Kayle and the other trainers (Shout out to Amy) help everyone to feel confident in being able to achieve their goals. It truly is an amazing little community. ❤❤

A team of professional trainers dedicate and invest there time on you to get those results. There's no other place like it. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Kayle as my PT for a couple of years now. What I love most is the flexibility and the variety. He is able to help you set goals and work with what you want to achieve. He has great variety of strength and functional fitness, 1 on 1 PT, Bootcamps and now a huge variety of classes. It's a one stop shop. Best of all he lives and breathes what he teaches with a wealth of experience and supporting services.

Fantastic experience: Kayle is the best trainer I have ever had. He always motivates me to push myself beyond my limits. Kayle Fitness has a great selection of group classes where people motivate, inspire and push each other and have fun. The gym environment makes me feel comfortable and everyone in the classes are super friendly. I love Stretch and Boxing classes, they are super fun. Kayle fitness is 100% recommended.
