Fantastic experience: Awesome gym in a great location. I have always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, good mixture of gym equipment, group classes and outdoor space. The personal training sessions with Cam and the team are amazing, great trainers and lots of variety depending on your goals and what you're in the mood for.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at FTF for a few years now and have been training with their personal trainers right from the beginning. Cam and the team have been fantastic, from the outset we set clear goals, and then regularly assessing and tweaking those along the journey. My overall strength, fitness and general well-being has improved beyond my expectations. It has taken a lot of hard work but it has been a really fun filled journey so far.
