Fantastic experience: Indoor and outdoor pools for lessons, water aerobics and hydrotherapy, a kids water play area, several courts hired out to local clubs and associations for various ball sports (netball, basketball, futsal etc, a gym and number of other rooms for aerobics and exercise classes. Also have childcare and a cafe

Fantastic experience: Very clean and upkept basketball courts, easy access and friendly staff to help you find what you're looking for. Doesnt smell too strongly of chlorine and a safe environment for children.

Fantastic experience: My kids LOVE playing at this pool! The small warm pool is great for them to practice their swimmimg skills in and the paddling/play pool is awesome! A great place to get your kids used to the water before they start swimming lessons, or to practice thier skills.

Positive experience: 5yo loves the water slide. Open late which is great for cooling off after a hot summer day. Rarely crowded after 7.30pm.

Fantastic experience: A really good aquatic and fitness complex with 5 pools for every level, from 9 months up to 90 years. Very clean and lots of support staff to ensure everyone is water safe. It also has a sport and fitness area and a cafe (both of which I didn't use). It's not free but well worth the entry price, check their website for prices. We'll be going back again.

Fantastic experience: The swimming pool area is quite spacious, including both indoor and outdoor pools. There is an aquatic playground areas for small kids and juniors. The facilities are kept clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Apart from swimming, there are gyms, soccer halls, cafeteria and many more.

Fantastic experience: Top quality rec centre. Facilities are clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly. We use the gym, pool and stadium here and its always and easy process and plenty of equipment so you never miss out.

Fantastic experience: I have been a full member for the past three years. It is an excellent facility with great customer service. I have been attending the well being classes such as plates, yoga and tai chi. I cannot speak highly enough of the instructors.

Fantastic experience: A first Class facility where staff are extremely professional, pleasant and helpful and the facilities are excellent. I have frequented the pool and gym on numerous occasions as it has developed over the past 25 years and have always found all the facilities including the change rooms clean and well maintained. Even in these difficult times every effort is made to allow visitors to appreciate all the complex has to offer while, at the same time, doing everything possible to ensure their health and welfare. Congratulations to the management and staff for offering the pubic of all ages a magnificent venue in which to enjoy a wide range of recreational pursuits.

Fantastic experience: One of the best sports and leisure centre in Victoria. The administration is well managed and the facility follow covid guidelines. The equipments are kept clean and the pool is very well maintained

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent facility. The group gym classes are well run and the staff are attentive around the gym to helping with your needs. The pool facilities are well looked after and parking onsite is usually not an issue even on busy weekends. A great meeting place for family and the community with plenty of sport played here in weekends

Fantastic experience: Last night I visited Ashburton Pool & Recreation Centre. I love all four of the pools, and they all provide a unique and different experience; for example, the warm indoor pool is conducive to relaxation and the indoor playground is great for aqua play! I can still enjoy a waterslide at age 21 haha. Additionally, there are also great gym facilities, basketball courts and group exercise rooms. Thanks to all the workers including the lifeguards and receptionists who work hard to make Ashburton Pool what it is.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities to cool off in the heat or get a workout in the gym or laps in the pool. Water play area for children is terrific. Cafe and childcare facilities inside are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Indoor 25m pool, outdoor 25m pool, well resourced modern gym plus 2 basketball courts. Adequate parking. What's not to like?

Fantastic experience: Great facility - big indoor pool, outdoor pool, very clean and staff are friendly. Free lockers are available. Plenty of parking. There's an impressively large and intricate indoor water playground for children which looked very popular. I did not use the gym but it looked good.

Fantastic experience: Actually love this pool! Heaps of space for everyone on the hot days and I noticed they've provided the kiddy areas with boards and noodles to help with learning to float/swim etc.

Fantastic experience: Ashburton Pool & Recreation Centre is a great little pool away from main roads and therefore probably not as well known as other pools. The best part of this pool is the heated outdoor pool , which clearly stands out from others and makes it much more comfortable especially with kids. The carpark looks large enough, however we were not there at peak times. The pools and pool area appeared clean and reasonably well kept. Overall I would recommend Ashburton Pool & Recreation Centre for a dip and a play.

Fantastic experience: Indoor and outdoor pools are good and temperature controlled makes it easy for winter months. Gym is maintained well and has great group activities and excellent personal trainers. Overall a great place for a workout or an easy family fun day at the pool.

Fantastic experience: Nice place for a swim on a hot day, has many facilities including a gym, basketball stadium and pool. The pools are kept in good condition and there is a slide/playground for the kids. There is also option for indoor or outdoor swimming. There's a nice café inside too.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, i go there regularly for gym, swim and spa. The gym has good set of equipment and they conduct various group sessions daily. The indoor hydrotherapy and outdoor pool is excellent all year. My kids love the kids pool area which has water slide and seesaw to play.

Fantastic experience: Lovely pool to lie outside on the grass while the kids swim. Good swimming options for toddlers and young kids with indoor water slide, seesaw, dump buckets, etc. Good indoor and outdoor pool for laps, ss well as spa pools and play pools. In the same centre is a gym.
