The classes are great, with great mix and instructors who are knowledgeable and motivating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym with a great vibe and awesome people!

Fantastic experience: I wanted a gym in the neighbourhood which was open late and this was the perfect fit. Their staff member Andrea was extremely kind helping me to find my way around the gym and making my joining process smooth. Would definitely recommend this training day to anyone who wants to get into fitness.

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible. I love it. The staff are really lovely and the space is huge. The staff are always polite and in good spirits. It’s more than a gym : it’s a community. The equipment is great too and suits beginners-advanced, powerlifters, hyrox trainers, yoga, crossfit, olympic lifting, etc. They also have a sauna and great array of pre workouts and protein. Also the memberships are super reasonable and great value.

Fantastic experience: Training Day I must say is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. I've been here for 3 weeks and am really enjoying it. The staff are super friendly and especially when you walk through the front entrance you're always greeted with a smile. I was very impressed on how clean the gym is and how updated their equipment are. I love how there's a great selection on protein snacks and drinks. My favourite is the salted caramel protein cookie. It goes down well after an intense workout. Anyone who is looking for a gym to train at please come and join training day. It's a 24 hour gym which suits me so there's no excuses not to miss on a training session. Come in and check it out by trying out their 7 day trial which I'm sure you'll end up signing up. As I did and glad that I did. Hands down to the staff at training day . You've done an amazing job on running this great gym.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome gym to workout even for beginners. The staff are super friendly and all the group classes make workouts fun while sweating it out! Good professional trainers to help out! It’s a happy community which I would definitely recommend. They have top notch machine and new ones coming in. At the end of a workout can have a healthy snack from the counter. I’d recommend joining in if you around Burwood and haven’t already!

The variety of equipment is impressive and I absolutely love the layout of the gym, very spacious!

Positive experience: After completing my trial I decided this isn't the gym for me. The whole section arrangement with the 8 rooms just does not work. When overcrowded its extremely difficult to use a particular machine or piece of equipment & can create anxiety. This is the only con in my opinion. Apart from that the staff are very friendly & helpful and the machines are adequate.
