Also shoutout to Lance the club cleaner, he is an absolute legend! Everyone is so helpful, cheerful and their positivity is incredibly infectious. Fantastic experience: Hands down, SF Burwood has an amazing gym atmosphere. There are plenty of free weights and machines to choose from and get on with your workouts. Plus their newly added equipments and weights make sure that you wouldn't go hanging waiting for an exercise since you can find whatever you want in a count. Honestly, this is lit. I would recommend SF Burwood for anyone who is willing to get in to a gym. Ps- Staff is so cool.

Negative experience: Horrible management. They act all nice and friendly when you’re paying them an unreasonable amount of money for the gym membership. When you decide to cancel the membership, they make it the most hard process and don’t even do it properly. I was charged $120 after I had requested to cancel my membership. I was promised a refund but they still haven’t done it 3 weeks later. Read the terms and policies about their cancellation before u join. Better to go to Derrimut in Oakleigh. Much bigger gym with much more equipment and better staff, if you pay for the year it’s only $5 a week.

Staff are very nice and enthusiastic about training themselves, would give training advice to people at any levels. Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Burwood is a great gym which really enabled me to progress and meet my goals. The 24/7 hours are well utilised by me as a student and I always feel safe in the venue even late at night. My favourite parts of being a member at Snap Fitness Burwood are the staff who know you and your goals and will occasionally check in with your progress, the various spaces including cardio upstairs, machines and free weights downstairs, the outdoor area, as well as additional racks and weights in the function area which is utilisable when there are no classes on. They also have a sauna here and a vending machine with protein shakes and my muscle chef meals which I love using on my way out of the gym. I throughly recommend joining if you’re interested, the club culture is great, there’s always room to move and its a great place to be and workout.

The team at Snap (especially gotta shout out Julian and Clare) are so nice and so welcoming and don't have any of that 'dude bro gym' energy that can be scary when it comes to this. Plus the facility is great and has an outdoor bit which means you get a nice draught in! And I like to go when it's quiet and have found a bunch of times where there are only 10 or less people in which is nice. Really good and would definitely reccommend :)
