Fantastic experience: Up here for my partner’s national competition and had the pleasure of getting a sesh in here! I don’t think anyone truly realises the amount of thought that’s gone into the equipment at this gym and the layout. I’ve trained at gyms all over the country and this place has literally everything and some of the most iconic old school equipment, free weights and all mixed in with top tier powerlifting equipment like no other in Australia. All proven to work, and stood the test of time. Amazing gym, and amazing staff. Wish there was something like this back in Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: Passed through the area on the way back to Sydney, and this gym had everything I wanted for a good workout: spacious, plenty of machines, good playlist, friendly staff. I would go to this gym if I lived here, seems like it would have a nice community around it.

Fantastic experience: One Strength Wollongong is a love letter to all things fitness and strength. The facilities, machines, equipments, weights ect. Are all world class and beautiful maintained. The gym itself feels spacious whilst also featuring a massive array of machines and equipment, some of which I have never seen in a gym before. Old school and hardcore gym equipment that you can't find anywhere else. Everything you didn't even know you needed is housed all in one gym. The passion and culture that bleeds out of every aspect of the gym is remarkable. Without a doubt the single most impressive gym I have had the pleasure to train at. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating if they tried. Truly a world class experience that any gym goer needs to have.

Fantastic experience: Lyle (hope I'm not spelling it wrong) was an absolute champion not only showing me around the gym and the equipment like a professional. But also walked me through an entire workout 3 day routine. I honestly can not thank you and your staff for being so non-judgmental about my lack of gym knowledge or culture. Made me feel at ease and looking forward to being a regular customer going forward.

Fantastic experience: Came down from Sydney for a trip and needed somewhere to train. Perfect location and the gym is amazing. Great facilities for bodybuilding, strength training, cardio and anything else you might need. Lyle (owner) was also very hospitable and made me feel very welcome. Thank you!

Negative experience: That new music ever since new management has taken over makes me want to slit my wrist and go home sad after a hard workout. Got to change the playlist to a little more light hearted music or I’m gonna cry the next time I forget my headphones at home. Who ever chose these songs must not love life.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend @aventushealth In Wollongong enough Remarkable service and really friendly team. Been on the road all day and travelling down with no gym memberships to gyms in the area. I had no gym to train at tonight as they were all closed. I called a few gyms and @aventushealth Were very catering to myself, being in prep I cannot miss a beat and they delivered and sorted a solution so I can train outside their staffed hours. Now for all future trips down I can continue to use and access the facility. I used to train here back into 2017 and 2018 and it’s a great gym! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend going to see the team

Fantastic experience: I have traveled to 13 countries and trained at many gyms. The feel you get at Aventus is incomparable. The iron weights, the old school feel, the staff. You get motivated just by walking through the door. So many inspirational physiques and trainers to help you get real results and achieve your goals. Aventus is not just a gym to me. It is a sanctuary. Therapy for my mind and body. It has allowed me to build the strongest version of myself mentally and physically. Daniel Murphy has truly built a place where you can feel comfortable training yet be inspired at the same time. Wouldn't want to train anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this gym and met the Gym Owner - Daniel from Aventus Warrawong this is a Guy that has big dreams & goals and I must say Aventus Gym is the best gym in all of Wollongong. Great friendly atmosphere and fantastic service. Follow your dreams Daniel and dream big ;-)
