I went from seeing doctors and the physio and being in pain every day, to being the fittest and most pain free I have been in years, after 6 months under a tailored training program. Fantastic experience: HK Holistic Klub would have to be one of the best gyms in Darwin, Hector and his crew do a fantastic job, not only with training but also with your food intake resulting in amazing results. Over the three and half years I’ve been a member I have seen clients obtain absolutely amazing results. Hector and his crew are passionate about their clients achieving the best and encouraging everyone to go above and beyond their capabilities. It would also have to be one of the cleanest gyms I have attended.
