Negative experience: Lost my gym belt there !! Cameras even didn't work inside the gym. Managment is careless.

Positive experience: Overall, gym is big, spacious and has lots of equipment. I also like that the sauna is separated between male/female bathrooms. One huge downside is how gross the showers are. Looks very dated and the flooring is coming off. Overdue for a complete reno I think!

Negative experience: I have enquired them regarding the leg extension machine fault two weeks back and it has not been fixed yet. This is so frustrating since my leg day could not be completed without the leg extension machine. Could you please fix it asap??? Disappointed :((((((((

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym Its huge it has everything and you have plenty of space to train Multiple machines and free weights that target the main muscle groups so you don't have to wait The young lady that signed me up was very professional even gave me a phone call a week later to see how everything was going The place is super clean 24 hours access Easy parking (early in the morning) $25 a week No excuse not to workout

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Darwin for multiple reasons.The staff there are super friendly, super clean rooms , toilets & changes room. Great gym cultural overall! Mady the Gym Manager is always there to make sure our needs are met & she makes me feel utmost welcome each time I get there. Highly recommended, with they're help I managed to lose 31KG in 9 months.! Snap fitness Winnelie is the best

Negative experience: I have been with Snap for years. Fees have gone up, never questioned it. Currently paying $45 a FN. Advocate for the facility. Referred people. Walked in today shocked to be told at the Winnellie facility “No kids” Not even my 4 year old was allowed to sit on a table with a book. Flat out had to leave. Guess Snap don’t want parents to attend their gyms. What a joke. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Been a snap member in Perth for 7 years and use the gyms when I travel too. This is by far the best equipped Snap I have been to. Super impressed.

Fantastic experience: I think snap fitness Winnellie is the best gym in Darwin, mainly because of the layout, the equipment and the people that go there. My fitness journey has progressed quickly since joining 4 months ago, I recommend giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best gyms in Australia, apart from my local in Redcliffe QLD. Clean, big, plenty of equipment, everyone using a towel and wiping down. Even has a kids play room. Spot on.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym but it will be a great gym if they have Solitaire game in their treadmills. Snap Casuarina has Solitaire, maybe someone can organise them to be installed, that will be epic and will make our cardio more fun and entertaining. No one will ever skip cardio if there’s solitaire in treadmills, guaranteed still love ya Snap Winnellie nonetheless, 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I've found Snap Winnellie to be an inclusive and friendly gym. It is also modern, with plenty of equipment and a large cardio space. Members and staff are very welcoming.

Negative experience: My airpods disappeared from my locker. I called twice and spoke to people at reception. They said they would call me back after having a look at the camera. But no one called. Is this such a normal thing to happen at this place? Seems like no one is concerned.

Fantastic experience: Such an epic gym! Brilliant layout with so many machines to use, I’ve never waited in any workout. Huge space for cardio equipment and activity upstairs, plus a group fitness room bigger than some gyms I’ve trained in Staff are super helpful with tips & advice, and the PTs are always available to lend a supportive hand. 6 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: Snap Winnellie is one of the best gyms in Darwin !! It has an awesome vibe and up to date equipment. The staff in particular Michelle is so welcoming and also there to help when needed whether it is memberships or assisting on the gym floor. Definitely 5 stars go check it out !!

Fantastic experience: just like to say i have been training at snap willellie since they they took over from the last gym . lately with the new renovations and the a/c fixed the place is amazing and the manager Michelle who works at the front desk allways acts in a friendly professional manner.

Positive experience: Gym equipment is great (when people put their weights away) staff are great.. the gym atmosphere is rapidly getting ruined by kids and TikTok boys wearing just socks or birkenstocks or taking up 5 machines and benches because “SUPERSETS BRO”

Michelle the club manager always provides excellent customer service and a friendly face when I walk through the door. Since she has started managing Winnellie I have seen an increase in the community atmosphere! The gym is extremely clean and tidy and everyone who trains here are friendly and personable. 10/10 recommended joining snap fitness Winnellie!

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at many different gyms around Australia and Darwin. Snap Fitness Winnellie is definitely the best gym I’ve been to. The equipment is all new and clean. Members and staff make sure everything is put in its place after use and there’s so much space to not feel uncomfortable. Even when it’s busy, there’s plenty of space and equipment to have a solid session. Michelle has been supportive in all my goals from day one, and always welcomes me with a smile and a good yarn. I would recommend Snap Winnellie to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been too. I am a new member and Sean the Club Manager was so helpful. I had the best tour around the facility, showing me all the equipment. The sauna is amazing and amazing trainers as well. All the staff is there to help you achieve all your goals. All round amazing gym.

Fantastic experience: Lots of spare plates, so you don't have to wait until someone else finishes them

Positive experience: People are quite nice and is a good gym in terms of having a lot of equipment with a decent space (aside from the weights area). However maintenance is a bit lacking as others have mentioned, dumbbells are falling apart with some of them bent/crooked at either side of the handle. Some of the equipment is sticky with the rubber protections worn or non-existent. Fair few people are also not putting away their equipment and weights as well as using multiple machines making others wait or find another. I guess some consideration from some of the members particularly those that are a bit serious should use one equipment at a time particularly when it is peak period. Also membership is more expensive than some others in Town however I guess some are willing to pay the extra.

Fantastic experience: Iron paradise - classes included in membership and fully equipped for all fitness levels, from first time gym goers through to professional athletes!

Positive experience: Good gym with a good range of equipment. They have a big studio area upstairs where you can do classes if you want as well as a boxing ring which is a good addition. It can get a little too full at peak times in the evenings around 6pm (particularly on Monday) but that's the same at most gyms in most cities around the world. And even then it’s not too hard to get onto the stations you want to use so not a big issue. The only thing I would really change is to increase the main leg stations. They only have 2 squat racks and one conventional leg press which isn't really enough for a gym of this size particularly at busy times. And to do deadlifts you have to use one of the squat racks which can make it even harder to get on them. But that is only a minor gripe, otherwise it’s a good gym that I enjoy using when I’m working in Darwin and would have no problems recommending to people.
