Fantastic experience: Great gym, everything you need and help is never far away. Staff very motivating and has given me a new love for the gym environment again!

Fantastic experience: Great little gym I ended up leaving my commercial gym for this! It’s more like a little studio with gyms (free weights & machine) to help train/rehab. The owner Phil has a positive attitude that helps promote a great training environment. Phil has a great knowledge of boxing & fitness and I worked hard during my first 30min PT session! Definitely worth a look if you’re looking to change gyms or start some PT! Also 24/7 and you get to play the music as well!
