Fantastic experience: CrossFit Darwin is a great facility. They have a great community with staff and members who are super welcoming. Very spacious and ample equipment. We loved training here!

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience of CrossFit and as an older person it was a bit daunting but they all made me feel so welcome. They were adjusting exercises to suit me were encouraging and supportive. Once I have my calendar sorted this will be a regular part of my fitness.

Fantastic experience: Laid back atmosphere like working out with mates, no mirror posing, etc. Owner is knowledgeable and grounded and gets a genuine kick out of seeing people improve no matter what level they at. Trainers happy to offer plenty of explanation and encouragement. Heaps of session times with varying participant numbers. Ability to pause membership is a big help with work commitments
