Fantastic experience: Fitnessworks Darwin is a Fantastic Gym. Basement Classes are Great, Great atmosphere. Staff are very helpful. High quality gym equipment and very clean.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for more than a year and still love the class options. Instructors are very helpful and generous with their expertise. There is a great community, as there has been many a time when running late, other gym goers help me set up my Pump equipment.

Positive experience: Ok gym woth good equipment a little bit worn out. Nothing too fancy but everything you need to train well. Good cardio room Good boxing gym, although I would suggest to bring you own gloves. They do have spare ones. Good free weight room and good weight room. Nothing too fancy but get the job done. Good customer service

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! It’s so close to home and makes it super easy to go to classes with my friends. There are heaps of class options, both early in the morning and in the evening, so it’s perfect no matter what schedule you’re on. There’s always a free staircase and treadmill when I need one, which is a huge plus. The weights area is really big too, I haven’t fully explored it yet, but I’m hoping to start training with a PT soon to learn more. Great setup, great vibe, and such a convenient location!

Fantastic experience: What attracted me to FitnessWorks was the extensive class time table, there's no other gyms in Darwin that compare! After my walk through I was impressed to find a cardio room, weights room, boxing room and body weight / basement room. The gym is huge! The staff have always been helpful. If you haven't already sussed this gym, you need to! Thanks for being amazing!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I mostly visited outside peak times on quiet weekend afternoons. Nevertheless, the entire facility incl. change rooms were always extremely clean. Spacious, various workout rooms (weights, functional, cardio, spin class, aerobics) with plenty of equipment in good knick. Plenty of fans, air con just right. Sign up/cancellation was a smooth process. Friendly staff who'd always say hello too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Fitnessworks for 7 years now! I love this gym because of its many options for all fitness levels. They have developed their own high intensity program called Basement, offered mornings and afternoons, plus all the Less Mills classes, providing members with a huge variety of fitness options and flexibility. The weights area is huge for those who prefer to work out on their own. I highly recommend this gym also for their customer service as it is family owned and they put a lot of effort to make you feel welcome and looked after.

Fantastic experience: Fitness works is a welcoming gym suited to all people. I have two little ones who love the crèche which allows me to workout with a peace of mind knowing my kids are safe and happy. The standard and availability of the classes is next level. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: One of the biggest, cleanest and best set up gyms I’ve found whilst travelling. Here for a week and they’re happy to do a casual visit or a week for a great price. Staffed early till late. Even gave me a 24hr access for only another $20, so I’ll definitely be back here when visiting Darwin. Lots of free weights and squat cages, room for cross training and another room upstairs for classes.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this gym. In an area with a lot of gyms, it’s almost as if they would go out of their way to make sure you don’t sign up. A staff member called Cindy was beyond rude. For someone who sits on the front desk and is the first person you see upon arrival, she makes you feel uncomfortable. Sighs and groans when a task is placed upon her is negative and shouldn’t be found in a place where people are going to improve not only physical health but mental too. Poor.

Fantastic experience: Hard gainer, with a home gym, on holidays. So sometimes unsure of what I'll find. Close to my hotel. Great casual rates and efficient staff. Old school style of gym with lots of equipment. Everyone on my visits was putting gear away and following covid cleaning procedures. Music good and not too loud. A real enjoyable place for me to frequent whilst in Darwin. Fully recommend.

Fantastic experience: The place is spacious and staffs are nice and helpful. You got what you need here. Courses are running 7 days a week. The only downside is the equipments are a bit of old but all very clean.Just FYI, this gym got LOCKERS for you to store your belongs. I believe it's the best gym in CBD.

Fantastic experience: A bit old and worn out, but it still has everything you need. The air conditioning and music is also good. Good enough. They also have lockers and 24/7 access.

Fantastic experience: Old school gym (how I like them) great for travellers. Currently they are running very strict hygiene practices on all equipment etc. They have fitness classes etc which have great instructors. The gym room has a good mix of cable machines and free weights and awesome benches. Casual sessions are OK and lockers need a $2 coin to lock. Really great staff who help with anything you need.

Negative experience: Staff was totally unhelpful. Said reception was closed, but there was no visible sign saying so. After we were waiting 10 minutes the receptionist informed about it being not open. Sure will not go back.

Fantastic experience: I have to give a big thanks to Dan who has helped me so much with my recovery from a significant knee surgery. He has gone above and beyond as a personal trainer to get me back my full mobility. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great PT.

Fantastic experience: A really good gym. Such a wide array of equipment, multiple rooms and spaces to do your own thing, never too busy, a really affordable price and flexible membership options. I'll be sad to leave this gym behind when I leave Darwin but I highly recommend it to anyone. Keep up the great work
