Positive experience: The girls at the counter were so helpful and it was their servue that made me visit twice on my short work trip to darwin. But i must say clublime makes it so difficult to just go do a workout. Please think about overseas travellers that do have tap or compatible cc o befits cards . We just want to doa workout for god sake. Unfortunately dont think ill return when im on my next work trip each 3 mnths and also my 10 staff so u lost money business because of all your silly rules. And $10 for a crappy towel jut a money grab, need to update some of your equipment also.

Negative experience: Staff at this location are very rude and patronising. My usual gym in Milner was closed for renovations, so I used the city location temporarily. I thought it would be fine, but the girls behind the counter made me feel unwelcome. When I walked in, said hello, and explained my gym was closed, they completely ignored me. Later, when I said goodbye, one of them replied, “next time bring a towel,” even though I’d explained I already had one and been using it along side the provided wipes—again, no response after that. Their attitude made me so uncomfortable that I decided to take the last week off until my Milner gym reopens. Gyms can already feel intimidating, and unfortunately the staff here made it worse instead of helping members feel comfortable. I’d also like to highlight how amazing the girls at Milner are—welcoming from day one and every day since!

Negative experience: I’ve been training at Club Lime Darwin for a while, but recently the maintenance has become really poor. One of the two cable row machines has been broken for more than two weeks and still hasn’t been fixed. The same goes for other equipment — there are always a few machines marked “Out of Order,” including treadmills and sometimes even the bench press. One of the two Smith machines is also quite old and feels slightly tilted. The gym floor is often messy, with weight plates scattered everywhere and not properly racked. It seems like the staff don’t pay much attention to keeping things organized or clean. It’s frustrating because the gym has good potential, but poor maintenance and management are seriously affecting the training experience. I really hope the management starts taking care of these issues soon.

Fantastic experience: I have been training in Darwin gyms for over 25 years and compared to Club Lime Darwin City they all fade into insignificance. Vanessa and her team are professional , friendly and always helpful. The equipment is spot on for my needs, with full racks of free weights and a great range of machines. I certainly won't be looking for any alternatives, and fully recommend the gym to people starting out and to regular gym goers. Cheers David W.

Fantastic experience: I honestly don't understand the negative comments. Sure it can get very busy during the "after work" and weekend sessions, at which point the staff has gone home which can lead to the gym looking messy, but that's mostly due to disrespectful clients not following the rules by not putting the weights back after use. Over-all the gym is very well maintained, friendly staff and very good value for the price you pay. After discussing and comparing this with people going to the other NT gyms, and having been with Club Lime (previously iFitness) since 2015, I can honestly say that they are the best value for money gym in the NT. Go Team Lime!!

Negative experience: Quite dirty and pretty poor atmosphere

Negative experience: I’ve never seen such a bad staff and customer service. They take money directly from the customer without prior authorization and no apologize for that. Don't waste your time with them, go instead to Fitnessworks, which is objectively better on every level (machines, cleanliness, staff, maintenance, customer service...). One morning I come to tell them I'm leaving the city and that my contract with the gym is over. They tell me I've got a month to pay, as there's a month's notice. I said I'll come and pay in the afternoon and cancel my contract with them then. A few minutes after I left, they sent me a text message to tell me that my contract had been cancelled and that the amount had been taken from my credit card. But I wanted to pay the rest in cash, and my credit card wasn’t supposed to be debited. As I had told them, I’d have gone there in the afternoon to make the necessary arrangements with them. But they gave themselves the right to cancel a contract and deduct an amount without the customer's authorization. I've never seen anything like that. I came to pay my dues in cash as I had originally expressed and they gave me a refund but the card that wasn't supposed to be debited had already been debited. Too late ! No excuse, condescension and 0/10 customer service. Finally, I received an e-mail from Lime a week later asking me to pay the amount again... which I had already paid a week earlier. I'd never recommend this chain of gyms, and even less so the one in Darwin City. There are much better ones out there ... find out more and try them out elsewhere before making your choice.

Positive experience: This is a brand new gym. It's a pity they can't keep it clean and make sure there is soap in the toilets. It seems like the gym equipment is not dusted or wiped daily, in fact I do not think it has been cleaned since it opened.

Negative experience: The rudest staff I have ever met, They do not ever well maintained their dilapidated facility but good at humiliated customers. They could have a better way to communicate with customers but they didn’t. Now I have the right to choose a better gym for training.

Fantastic experience: Was iFitness24/7 now a Club Lime! Free to use as part of Rydges Central accommodation. Good facilities and great staff, professional and helpful. Clean too. Just needs a supplement vending machine so bring your own supps. This gym will definitely get you through your gym fix when visiting Darwin. Update! Ask and you will receive the awesome team at Club Lime have added a vending machine.

Negative experience: The only reason this gym survives is the lack of competition. The staff need to realise a gym doesn't run itself, occasionally you have to rearrange the weights, maintain the equipment, replace dangerous pieces. Bathrooms are disgusting; but to be fair it really completes the tacky disco vibe they're going for. It's hot and humid, not enough fans. Do better or charge less.

Negative experience: Just arrived in Darwin, the rudest reception staff I’ve encountered across the world training at gyms a lifetime. Didn’t offer a complimentary visit, nor a tour of the facilities. I was told to sign up online, in front of the 2 staff. Then after doing so, told I couldn’t train after not having a towel. I had a large spare Tshirt I could use, they laughed at me. This all could have been avoided, if they mentioned straight away to me. Rental or a hire towel should be offered, for potential new clients unaware. I seen many people training without a towel whilst looking around, yet this gym just lost a new potential member.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Best equipment and many classes for every type of exercise you'd do. There boxing, aerobics, dance and other stuff. With multiple venues across darwin, it's one of the top tier gym in darwin.
