Fantastic experience: Awesome and convenient, real shame it's closing

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership however they still charging me. I cannot even access the gym anymore but the direct debits still being done.

Negative experience: Worst possible management. No accountability, no customer service and non existent technical knowledge. Suddenly changed the access from fog to app. No prior notice. 1 week, they could not restore my app access yet. Visited them 3 times, called them 7 times. Same excuses and same lies.

Negative experience: I have been a member for about 10 years but in the last two years there has been a serious decline in maintenance. I have reported various machines several times but from months to years later, nothing has been done about them, leaving them dangerous to use! Today, while running on a treadmill, the belt was catching under my feet, causing me to almost lose my balance, which could have resulted in injury. Another member mentioned it had already been reported the day before. However, the machine was still switched on and not disabled. I also tried the treadmill next to it and it had the same issue! I'd rather not be injured by Zap's apparent careless lack of a duty of care to their customers. Sounds like it's time to cancel my membership and find a safer gym!

Fantastic experience: Best gym

Positive experience: This Zap Gym at Glenelg is lacking cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance for a 24/7 operation it is bad. I think management are unaware there is a pandemic and don't keep hygiene to a satisfactory level. Repairs to broken machines take for ever to be attended to. Someone needs to manage this place better.

Negative experience: Absolute money hungry sharks. Won’t spend a cent on repairing equipment but will relentlessly harass for trivial payments.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service, not compliant with Covid-19 requirements, many times there are no sanisiting wipe and hand sanitizer

Fantastic experience: Just the most accomodating staff ever! When I was in town I felt extremely welcome... and the showers were better than my own (though a soap dispenser would be nice)
