Fitstop Rural View

Fantastic experience: Challenging but a great community and wonderful trainers that take the time to support and help with technique even in a big group class! I had no idea how to do a lot of exercises and lifts correctly and was nervous about the intensity of group classes, but the team is always great about demonstrating and reminding everyone there’s people at all stages of training!

Fantastic experience: I joined having just moved to Mackay and it’s the best thing I’ve done! The coaches and Tegan are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They know my name when I walk in the door and are always there to help. Such a fun environment to be in, everyone is there to push you to be your best and I’m so glad I joined. Can’t wait to get better and better!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here every day. The trainers are the most amazing souls & so welcoming, creating this sense of community that always brings a smile or a laugh in every session. T & J give so much back to the community, doing donation drives for their loved local charities & raising funds for mental health so our funky sock Fridays are a must! There is never any pressure but you always have the chance to level up & be the best version of yourself. The team support you with your performance and you always walk away feeling amazing. And the best part of FitStop Rural View is the vibe of all the members - nothing but cheers and high fives all round. You won’t be disappointed.

It's not just a gym that pushes your physical ability but a community that supports you mentally. The vibe of people is epic. Strangers become gym buddies that push each other beyond their own ability.
