Fantastic experience: I love Linda and the team at RPTM, I started with a casual passes then moved into a full membership and haven’t looked back. Linda’s projects are next level, the support you receive outstanding. No judgment ever made, RPTM trainers will teach you the correct ways to do an exercise so your 1. Not injuring yourself 2. Your getting the best training while your training. There is always wonderful support, a friendly smile and caring from the team and the other members. Friendships and Laughter are also something that I have found at RPTM winning all round !!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to RPTM for a couple years now. I was reluctant to start but Linda the owner and I had many discussions before I committed. She gave me time to make the decision and did not pressure me. I couldn't ask for better support from Linda and Billie. I have had injuries and minor illnesses and they always check on me, my mental state as well as monitor where my fitness is at. They know fitness, they know nutrition, they know weight loss and they know how to get you to where you want to be and how you want to feel.
