Negative experience: Easily the worst gym in the area. They use videos and photos on their instagram from other gyms to make it look like it has been renovated to new. It is outdated and overly expensive for the size/quality of the gym itself.

Positive experience: Well equipped

Fantastic experience: A very enjoyable place to work out with plenty of machines and a peaceful, quiet environment. The atmosphere is fantastic!

Negative experience: The worst gym franchise, canceled my membership in August and I am being charged ever. Even after an email confirmation the amounts are still being charged every fortnight.

Negative experience: Unhelpful and rung up to cancel membership multiple times one staff member said it was done and another said it wasn’t and I was still getting charged after it was meant to be cancelled, don’t expect any help when trying to cancel, don’t recommend this gym at all

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for a long time now and it's a fantastic no-frills gym. A simple gym with all the essential equipment you need, like free weights, squat rack, and cable machines.

Negative experience: This place suckss!!! The fees and payment are all over the place. There are lots of hidden fees they don’t tell you until you join, I also had to buy a 100$ card just to get in, and the customer service is terrible. Don’t recommend joining this gym at all.

Negative experience: Unfortunately they do not provide memberships as advertised. Lock-in and other hidden fees when speaking with in-flexible management. Caution when joining.

Fantastic experience: Grace signed my membership. She was very welcoming on the phone. And equally same at the gym. very nice gym. nice and neat and clean and organized. Grace generously took the time to show me around and answer my questions. Cheers Roy

Fantastic experience: A great 24/7 gym, not to mention the best management ever!

Negative experience: Horrendous management I had hoped to support a local business, having run my own business in Glenelg area for over 10years & also run a community service for more than 10years. I have never come across such rude, accusatory, interrogative management. I thought I was choosing a good local gym to support for our sons to join & create good healthy habits. How wrong was I! You need to do better - much better. Beware of management with the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the other staff however were great! They constantly questioned and interrogated myself, our sons & their NDIS support person, claiming they were up to no good & scamming who knows how? We paid our membership - so defamatory. The management are ablists and asked invasive, personal questions, not only to myself, the support worker, but also to our son who has a disability in front of others. They also called me on several occasions questioning me. I asked if they had they done something wrong? Has their behaviour been poor? Apparently not, despite being questioned and ‘told off’ several times - they had no idea what they did wrong, they had been loving going to the gym & had recommended several others to come and join. So when I went in to see if we could discuss or make a time for a meeting and find out the issue to work something out as our sons were still keen to go to the gym despite the issues and questioning. I had finger waving in my face, arms folded and aggressive attitude, which left me in tears, confused and shaking. Completely bizzare behaviour! What a sad, disappointing and degrading experience for first time gym members… Hope this gets to higher management and to the corporate franchise so policies and procedures can be implemented to prevent future patrons having the ordeal and negative experience that we had.

Fantastic experience: Great family owned gym with excellent service. The owners really make you feel welcome and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym! Really great atmosphere and welcoming. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The gym is well equiped and nice and clean. Love that they have PT's available as well for that added push when you need it. They are really knowledgeable and give you just the right encouragement and coaching to fit in with your goals. Bonus that they have both a male and a female trainer as well! Would 100% Recommend this gym to anyone looking for somewhere to get fit without the judgement or intimidating atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Quite and well spaced out gym

Positive experience: Love plus fitness chain from long time now, was member in Melbourne then Sydney now here too. This gym seems pretty new to me as can be guessed from strong fumes can be little issue for few sensitive noses :)

Positive experience: Gym itself is great, minus flat bars for gymnastics (pullups etc - although they do have wide handles), but the bathrooms are dirty and didn't get cleaned for at least 8 days that I noticed.
