Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training with Kate - I see it as something I get to do for myself each week. I’ve had a few injuries and Kate has modified sessions so I can keep moving as well as moving to prevent injuries. I now feel stronger and can move more freely. The studio is welcoming and private, Kate is warm and non-judgemental and we always laugh at least once in a session. Thanks Kate!

Fantastic experience: Training with Kate is like hanging out with a friend… she makes it relaxed and fun and provides great conversation… but you get the great bonus of your body getting noticeably stronger and fitter at the same time!!

Fantastic experience: I love my weekly sessions with Kate. I started on referral from my nutritionist friend and haven’t looked back. Kate is so intuitive to what I need each week and the sessions zoom past! I never feel uncomfortable or embarrassed to ask Kate anything and I look forward to my training day. I take home what I learn in my sessions to work out at home and have Kate’s website to back me up for workouts. Do your body mind and self esteem a favour and book a session!!!

Fantastic experience: Kate is awesome. I was new to town and suffering some injuries and Kate modified a program to help me repair my body. She even worked closely with my chiro to ensure the training sessions were supporting my overall health goals. I cannot recommend her enough.... If you want someone to push your fitness she'll help you do that. If you want to get back into exercise, she'll help you do that and make it fun so you fall back in love with exercise.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous PT Kate is! I always feel on a huge high when I leave after a session with her. Plenty of true support (not faked motivational talk) and lots of different workouts to spice things up.

Fantastic experience: Getting back into fitness can be quite daunting....especially for men with dad bods who havn't excercised for a while. Kate made me feel relaxed and confident. An exercise program was tailor made for my fitness levels and evolved as my fitness progressed and I can't believe the results.
Fantastic experience: Kate is the most amazing trainer. I first started training with Kate for my wedding, to start with my wedding dress was too small, my goal was to fit into it... Well Kate ended up costing me more money to have the dress altered two dress sizes down!!! Kate takes the time to chat to know you as a whole person and tailors training sessions to push you but also to adapt to your ability so you can conquer anything. My life would be incomplete without her!

Fantastic experience: Kate is the ultimate trainer for a gal getting her game back. The venue is super private and well equipped which was a huge plus for me. Kate is really versatile and flexible with her workouts including pilates, weights, trx and boxing.

Fantastic experience: Kate changed my life. I had 2 young babies and was feeling the pressure of that in more ways than one. She managed my needs in ways I can’t explain. I came out the other side with a smile on my face, feeling great about my health and body again, but best of all, with an amazing friend. Kate’s workouts are individual and never the same! You won’t be bored and believe me....when it’s not hurting, you’ll be smiling! I can’t recommend Kate enough. She’s a trainer that will be by your side throughout the entire journey, whatever that journey may be. Make the call.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kate since the start of 2019, I was lacking motivation and energy. I felt so comfortable with Kate and I really enjoy the variety of exercise we do, its always different. I now see Kate twice per week, my energy levels have increased dramatically and I feel better within myself. If you want to train with someone you can trust, train with Kate.
