They've got classes throughout the day so it always fits in with my schedule and it's the best 45 mins spent. Way cheaper than PT sessions and you get way more out of it. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Today was my 5th day trying out F45! I can not recommend highly enough! You get a killer workout while being part of such a great atmosphere. The instructor or all amazing and everyone of them before the session has introduced themselves and check if there anything that they have to help with when it came to injury’s or adjustment.
