Negative experience: You kick out a beloved local pizza shop because the existing empty tenancy footprint was too small then went bankrupt and closed within a few years. Your companies business practices are disgraceful and the general public clearly agree, hence the closures. Never come back please

Fantastic experience: Been at F45 Carina for a year and a half now, and absolutely love it... Knowledgeable and Supportive trainers and a friendly member community have made training an important part of my day. I am seeing better results and feeling fitter and healthier than I have for years. :)

Fantastic experience: I just did 8 sessions today and got an email to have a review here. I would like to give you more than 5 stars. Actually, i got a few years break from workout with the right knee injury and broken little toe from crossfit of south korea. I was so sad as i could not do the similar workout like crossfit. But i am not regretful to choose f45 carina with my first choice after break. The coach is really nice and kind even if i cannot understand well sometimes coz of my english skills. And members here also friendly and they always try to lead by example. The most best part here is no any smell and very keep clean and tidy !!! If you worry about restart or start to your workout? Let's do together here! My workout restarted after a lapse of 2 years with here. I am so happy that i can still do something passionate. I would like to lose my bodyweight and stay fit asap with f45.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. The trainers there are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. They make you feel comfortable and help you learn the correct way to do things. Highly recommend the Carina F45! I instantly felt comfortable going there to train not knowing anyone thanks to the staff.

Fantastic experience: F45 Carina is an amazing experience have been feeling so good after sessions with a great crew of members and extremely experienced trainers pushing you teaching you and working with you as you go through the workouts of F45 Carina then the tunes to get you through that workout even makes you dance between sets cannot fault F45 Carina personal trainers.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to F45 at Carina, great atmosphere awesome coaches, always clean and tidy and a great way to meet new friends, and get fit. The class timetable is awesome and there is a class to suit everyones daily schedule.

Fantastic experience: Returning to regular exercise after a brief 10 year rest break. The team made me feel very welcome as a newbie and that I was an individual even though it is a group class. I still receive individual advice and guidance if I need it and the instructors know me well enough to know my goals and limitations. Have dropped 7 kg in 6 months and, in the right light, if you squint real hard you can see a glimpse of abs returning. Not sure it will ever be the six pack of my youth but I feel fitter and happier with my health than I have for years.

Fantastic experience: F45 Carina is the best place to train! Its classes offer a combination of cardio and weights which is perfect! The thing I love the most is the music! It really gets me through the sessions. And of course the trainers...they are the best and really really care about you achieving your goals...you are not just another number! I also love that you can be as social or anti-social as you want on any given day...no judgement!

Fantastic experience: They say 'life changing' on their signs because it really is!! Was super hesitant to make the leap and join F45, I never thought I could do it or that it would work or be worth the money but now I can't even convince myself why I should stop! Have lost a really decent amount of weight since starting and haven't had too make too many diet or lifestyle changes, I'm getting noticeably fitter and stronger and it's so great coming to the studio every day with the friendly and helpful trainers and members at the Carina studio! :) Love it!

Fantastic experience: Signed up with a friend trying F45 Carina out for the first time, and I can't believe how welcoming and helpful everyone is. I absolutely love the classes and the trainers always pushing me to do better. Super motivating having such a welcoming team keeping me accountable. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: F45 is definitely not for the faint-hearted because, well, you might faint. But that's ok, the trainers at F45 Carina all have the faces of angels, so you'll feel better as you're coming to. Don't be deceived by them though, you will often walk out of session thinking you've been targeted by an assassin, they walk around turning up the dial of your bike, make you lift heavier weights than you thought was ever possible or gently place a 20kg weight on you when you're doing hip thrusters. But, no pain no gain, right? Seriously though, if you actually want to make a change, F45 Carina is the place to go. Not only are the trainers great, but you'll be surrounded by lovely people who are also there to make a change. And, best bit, there are no mirrors!!

The trainers go above and beyond to ensure every member benefits from their workout everyday and are always accommodating if anyone has any injuries. Fantastic experience: F45 came recommended by a friend to me. I’ve just relocated to Brisbane and have had a few months (like many) with limited exercise. Last week I decided to do a free trial with my local F45 Carina. I’ve lucked out as it’s a great gym run by a friendly team who are there to guide you with supportive other gym goers to boot. You don’t have to be super fit. Everyone can go their own pace. Definitely worth a try in my books!

I really think the difference between here and other gyms is a sense of belonging and commitment that I haven't found before. Fantastic experience: I went into F45 with an open mind and joined for a trial - yes it's a bit scary but the team at F45 Carina are so friendly, experienced and willing to help you on your fitness journey. The whole experience was so easy for me. The challenges are great, catering for everyone goal's from weightloss to toning to gaining muscle! Would highly recommend as F45 is not just a business, it's a whole community and the people are amazing.

Fantastic experience: If I could give F45 Carina more than 5 stars I would! I've been a member of many gyms, including a few other F45's in my time but this is the first gym that has made me feel welcome, that I'm not just a number. The trainers are incredible, you'll pick up on that from the minute you attend your first session! We've told the trainers that they can never leave haha BUT it's more than just having amazing trainers.. The vibe at Carina is thanks to the amazing community that they've been able to create and that's a credit to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Love F45 Carina! The Coaches are legends, and are very supportive. I've had back surgery and can't do some jumpy exercises (I'm looking at you burpees) and the Coaches always come up with alternatives and can scale anything to suit anyone's ability/injury/fitness level. The Members are a great crew and the studio has a great vibe - recommend!
