Fantastic experience: Great equipment, friendly staff

Fantastic experience: It's our local gym, and it's a good one. The other local alternates in the area are much more crowded, in fact I remember having a room full of fun members giving us dirty looks while we toured the nearby Snap Fitness location. None of those folks wanted us to join and make the place even more crowded. Not so at this Jetts. It's unusual for it to be overcrowded, and both the staff and other members are friendly. The equipment is up to date and well maintained too. The only complaint I could possibly have is the music selection, which would be better suited for a trance dance club than a gym populated mostly by people in the 30-60 range. I'd estimate that 95% or more of the members use headphones while training, so having any music is more of a hassle than something that's needed at all. Overall, this specific Jetts is a good gym, and the chain seems pretty good as well, with use privileges at all other Jetts included. We actually tested that while on vacation in NSW, and it worked without a hitch. RECOMMENDED

Positive experience: A small and convenient gym with friendly staff. It has most of the equipment you need, and it's never too busy. It has some peak times but I've never had an issue. The equipment is maintained really well (which is great), but the rest of the gym, not so much. Would be great if they spent more time cleaning the bathrooms, fixing the mouldy ceilings, etc. Originally reviewed in 2021, updated in 2022.

Positive experience: Awesome staff, great membership prices and flexibility!!! No lock in contract. So happy to know that they are trying to improve as well!

Positive experience: Great for a small gym, well fitted but some of the equipment is a bit worse for wear with rips and duct tape on some of the benches and machines. Other than that it's lovely and clean and a great price.

Fantastic experience: Great little Jetts gym, friendly staff, 24/7 access, membership prices that can't be beaten, definitely worth a look if you are in the area.

Fantastic experience: Jetts is always welcoming day or night. The place is clean and tidy and well maintained. Open 24/7 (covid permitting of course) toilets and showers, large enough car park except peak times which is usually between 5.30 and 6.30pm and there's on street parking if needs be. Much prefer ketts to any other gym ive attended.

Fantastic experience: Great!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Jetts in Morningside have been exceptional since day one! I went in unsure how to feel after having a couple months off and I had nothing but friendly smiles and all the help in the world. One person stood out in particular. His name is Darcy and he's an absolute legend. From the first day where I'd left my towel at home he'd helped me out. Also have a surgery coming up tomorrow that I'd told him about to help with my membership and he's been straight onto it. He doesn't miss a beat, couldn't recommended this place any more highly.

Positive experience: It's more suitable for senior citizens after yoga, bit cardio, bit of cable machines..not a proper gym with loose weights unfortunately.
