Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of visiting F45 Mackay North whilst visiting for work. I used the F45 passport feature which was great. Lee the owner is passionate about fitness and the gym is fantastic. Special mention to Jonas who was friendly, approachable and pushed me during the sessions, if I ever move to Mackay I know where I’m training. Hopefully I’m back in Mackay for work soon.

Fantastic experience: As a recently new member of the gym, the first step to start is always the hardest and the team have made it so incredibly easy for me!! The push and encouragement of strangers to work as a team - meeting some beautiful people - and becoming a healthier version of me all in one - what an environment!! My 16yr old son decided to join me, from a young fella who wasn’t so keen on exercise and self conscious, he has become addicted! Fantastic experience: I have recently switched from F45 Mackay City to North purely for location. Although I miss all the faces in town I have to say the new trainers have stepped up and have already created a great atmosphere at North. F45 is always in a league of its own focusing on team training and functional movements. You will never get bored, and you can always count on the trainers to be pushing you to your limits. Such a fun and supportive atmosphere which makes it motivating to get up every morning. Love our F45! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made was to walk into F45 Mackay North. I tried many different gyms in Mackay and gave up after a few visits. At F45 you feel like a person, not just someone that gets signed up for a membership. Everyone is equally important. Zero judgement, where it does not matter, if you are unfit and above the average weight. I am so greatful that I joined this great gym community, full of fun people, knowledgeable trainers, good beats and some crazy sock days. I now train 5x a week and have not looked back.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic studio that we have in the northern beaches! It’s new, it’s got great equipment, it’s got 8 -9 different time options daily but the best thing is about it is how inclusive it feels. There is nothing better than hearing my name called out every single time I come into the studio - ‘hi Heidi’ from one of more of the trainers, and then the constant stream of greetings by name to all the other F45 members with me. When the trainers are on the floor they use all our names frequently when encouraging, celebrating or helping with technique and, even though I’m judging myself for my efforts some days, I never feel judged by the trainers or others on the floor. It really is a special vibe at Mackay North!!!

Fantastic experience: If i am being honest it took me a while to transition and even try F45, I'm not sure whyI felt intimidated by a place I had never been to. Over the past 2 years I have gained weight, struggled with my mental health, and lost all the fitness I had worked so hard to achieve. At the end of 2022 I signed up to do a challenge with F45 to help get me back on track. As I was used to training myself I wasn't in the head space to do this at this time and needed somewhere I could just turn up and be told what to do. I have not looked back. I am now a member of F45 North and the support and encouragement I receive from All the trainers is amazing but especially the owner Lee, the trainers always great me by name, offer alternatives if needed and are always there to push me to do my best and Lee goes above and beyond to ensure I am being held accountable, turning up, and getting the job done (just as I asked) he's positive outlook is infectious and I know I'll be at F45 for life. One of the best decisions I made was to join F45 North.

Fantastic experience: In the past, I have hopped from gym to gym, hoping for different results every time. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed at a gym and absolutely loved it. Every session is different. Lee and his team are fantastic!!! They know everyone's names, they are welcoming, they know what they are doing and are super helpful! Fantastic experience: I joined f45 mackay north a few weeks after its opening in dec 2022 - it’s fantastic having a studio in the northern beaches and so close to home! The vibe is just as amazing as it’s sister studio, mackay city, the trainers share their enthusiasm, motivation and support to help you on whatever your health and fitness goals may be. I kicked off the year with the first challenge and have kicked so many goals already - with each trainer pushing you to do your best! Each class you are supported with scaling options to suit your level, so it’s like personal training in a team environment- so good!! The music is always on point! Fantastic experience: I not only joined the F45 but signed up for the 45 day challenge!! Way out of my comfort zone. This is something I needed to do for me. I was very nervous but have been encouraged & supported all the way & I am definitely reaping the benefits & already feeling so much better after only a short time. I see myself following this new way of life in the future. I am eating better, drinking less alcohol & sleeping more soundly. I am Alain rising earlier excited to get the old me back & an even better “new” me both physical & mentally. The old adage of never too old to start rings true. Thanks F45, it all make so much sense

I go 5-6 times a week in the mornings and I can’t imagine not going! I am not an exercise person AT ALL but the energy that radiates for both studios is addictive! Fantastic experience: F45 has structured programming and covers many different areas of fitness, which helps me cross-train for rowing. They continue to evolve and incorporate different workouts which allows members to continue to progress. They do the planning for you so you can turn up, work hard for 45 minutes, and know you'll be getting a great workout that varies every time, which is why I have continued to train there for years. You don't have to be fit to start F45 - start F45 and you'll get fit!

Fantastic experience: I have recently started training at the F45 North studio and I love it! It’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking and the studio is huge. It has the same great vibe as the award winning Mackay City studio and all the trainers are enthusiastic and supportive. All fitness levels are catered for and all movements can be adapted to suit everybody. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to join a fitness community.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 back in 2019 and the slogan of life changing is exactly that. I have enjoyed being part of the family of F45 and support of the crew. I had never been to a gym before joining f45. I tried another one in Mackay for 6 months recently but couldn’t stay away. Would defiantly recommend to anyone who wants to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Joining F45 had been a decision I had been toying with but thought, it’s not for me, I couldn’t do it and the fear took over. This year I decided I’m facing that fear as change needs to be made. My first day I was petrified however I quickly realised this is for me, it challenged me big time but the trainers were 100% by my side helping me, encouraging me and they got me through with their patience and support and I felt fantastic once I finished. I have been to 6 sessions since and will not look back. All the trainers since have greeted me by name, checked in with me regularly and been super supportive and I feel like I’m part of the family…best decision I have made so far this year

Fantastic experience: I transitioned over to the North Mackay studio from city a few weeks ago as it's a lot closer to home. I absolutely love it. All of the trainers are so friendly, welcoming and make you feel at ease. If you are someone like me who gets a bit of gym anxiety when signing up somewhere new and worried you can't keep up, don't! They are accomodating to all fitness levels and build from there. I love f45 and wish I signed up years ago!
