The staff especially Kira and Jade and a lot of members have been helpful and supportive, particularly when I was training for my trek to Everest Base Camp, which I recently successfully completed. Fantastic experience: This is my first time signing up to a gym, so naturally I was feeling really nervous. However, I can confidently say the team at Plus Fitness Warilla have been super helpful in guiding me and answering any questions I may have. The manager Sophie in particular has been incredible in my transition into a new environment. Overall, a great gym!

Negative experience: Tried cancelling and they said that I had to come into to cancel. Told them to pause the membership and waited 4 months before coming in to end the membership and turns out they were charging me the whole time and when I asked about why they didn’t pause it they said that they had no proof that I had called to pause it.

Fantastic experience: By far the most community based gym in the Illawarra, the love and support I’ve received from the wonderful staff is second to none- The girls in the office are always genuinely happy to help and go above and beyond and there’s been more times then I can count that Sophie has given me the push or encouragement I’ve needed to finish my workout and crush my goals!

Sophie is my go to for any questions I have. She approaches everything with such a positive attitude and always so approachable!

Fantastic experience: New to this gym. I compliment Cindy, one of their personal trainers. She is really nice, and patient with me in showing the equipments and teaching me some stretching exercises. She's good!

Positive experience: Would rate this higher if it wasn't so excessively hot inside even on cold days. Feel dizzy within a few minutes of using treadmill :(

Positive experience: Really enjoy this gym & location is great. Minus 1 star for having too much key equipment out of order & not repaired for a few months.. seems every month another out of order signs pops up on something else in there. Please replace/fix asap

Fantastic experience: I recently completed an 8 week workout challenge at Plus with PTs Cindy and Diego. I achieved great results. I've continued on with Cindy weekly for direction and focus on longer-term goals. The team are great and gym has everything you need to get it done. Great modern fit out and location is handy.

Negative experience: I had an issue with my card and my bank had to re-issue it. Instead of a polite call or email I’ve been contacted by debt collectors. Unreal.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore this gym! They made me feel right at home and the free training assessment has really helped with getting me into a routine! There are times when I do 12 hour shifts at my work and the 24/7 aspect really helps in making me feel like I'm not slacking off. All of the staff are lovely! Only downside is that some of the equipment is broken and/or old, however I know they are working on replacing them. Thank you guys for being so lovely and accommodating
