Stepz Fitness Dapto

Negative experience: Beware! Initially a good gym but there customer service and follow up if you have issues is sadly lacking. After 2 months, I got a new job in Sydney and tried to visit the Eastwood branch and use my pass to get in but couldn't - I contacted Dapto and was initially told it is at the discretion of the branch unlike other gyms like Jettz and Anytime fitness. When I contacted the Eastwood branch - they told me they would NOT accept my membership. I was locked into Stepz for a 10 more months but havent been able to use it since. When i posted this review to vent my frustration - someone contacted me and asked me to take down the review ... there was NO offer of assistance (early cancellation, refund of remaining period etc) so it is clearly evident - they want money with minimal effort or assistance. MY REPLY: You rang once and never rang back again or even text me ... Your initial words were - take down the review please ... and there was no other offer of resolution. You really need to up your customer service game

Fantastic experience: Stepz Dapto is amazing, an awesome facility, state of the art equipment and a great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and a comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. And not to mention it’s open 24/7 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me.

Fantastic experience: Dan, Tam, Steph and the team don't just run a gym, they create an experience. Their workouts are challenging, and they push you to your own benefit ... but they do it with the best humour and personalities. In turn you get results - fitness, health and wellbeing!

Fantastic experience: Totally loved my first NIGHT there. I went in late to get accustomed to being in that space.... Two levels of space. I think, I'm going to LOVE going here. The customer service so far has been exceptional. Now to get these arms and knees a bit stronger. NEW COMMENT : The whole building had AC, And it works well, but when you're crunching away, it's AIR MOVEMENT that you crave, that and a nice protien shake. Lol. The whole new section is being upgraded with what seems 2 KICK ARSE fans to keep us even cooler with the inferno weather just days away.... Love how they care for their patrons/members. I'm 9 months in now, and I'd say my attendance has been strong throughout. Love being there so much. So nice and clean...Provided all the members follow the simple instructions...... But, its just a good quality place. The gear is in excellent condition and everything works.. they have air con and super powerful fans you can control the speed of... 5 out of 5 for me. Thanks for adding the fans!! I'm a big FAN of STEPZ FITNESS

Fantastic experience: Stepz is a great place with friendly and professional staff to get fulfilled your daily essential need of fitness, health, and wellbeing in your life. A well organised, pleasant, and convenient place, which is another motivator for me to go there. I wish Stepz and it's staff all success.

Fantastic experience: StepZ Dapto is one of the cleanest gym I've been to I know because I go there and workout a lot any other gym like anytime fitness and all the other gym's are not really the same but not to be mean but StepZ Fitness is very very clean gym and the staff are very kind great to communicate with if you have any questions to ask about anything with your training

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Dan & his friendly staff since the gym opened in 2019. They have created a fun and inviting space which is welcoming to all, and not intimidating! They’re the opposite of what you expect a gym to be. I couldn’t be happier, and you won’t catch me anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Been to many gyms around the area and by far the cleanest, most tidy and functional gym as well as amazing friendly staff who are passionate about their jobs and more than happy to help anyone out. As well as being the perfect gym for beginners a welcoming environment with a budget friendly price.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at this gym for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it’s the best fitness facility I’ve ever been a part of. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. It’s not an intimidating place for newcomers, which is a big plus for those just starting their fitness journey. The trainers are absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, motivating and always willing to go the extra mile to help you reach your fitness goals. They take the time to understand your individual needs and tailor workouts accordingly. The equipment is top-notch and impeccably maintained. The staff take great pride in ensuring everything is in perfect working order. The variety of equipment available caters to all types of workouts, making every session a fulfilling and effective one. Overall, I can’t recommend this gym highly enough! This place is a game-changer!

Fantastic experience: Excellent for beginners. Been here for a week and I am enjoying it. The classes are self-paced so it makes me feel comfortable to do, there are a range of equipment for me to use, and most importantly, the staff and the atmosphere is very friendly and is very suitable for beginners to do. Most certainly would recommend to join.

Fantastic experience: Stepz Dapto is my first gym, and if possible, i intend to be my only gym, Tammy and Dan + Staff have created a friendly, non intimidating environment. I have seen kids to the elderly in here, all smile and wave. As a nervous attendee, Tammy went out of her way to create programs to suit myself and partner with 2 very different goals. We have since signed up and feel more than comfortable recommending Stepz to our friends.

Fantastic experience: Dan and Tammy are the most welcoming personal trainers I’ve ever trained with! Both push you to your absolute limit which is sometimes hard to find in a PT. I couldn’t recommend stepz dapto enough! Do yourself a favour and get a membership here you will NOT be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Really excellent new gym in Dapto with state of the art equipment, awesome fit out and great training areas. Everything is kept neat, tidy and sparkling clean. I needed to join on a flexible basis before moving overseas and Stepz were very accommodating and made me feel welcome straight away. Have only done one class so far but would recommend - I felt like I got a really great workout and Dan was there to help me and make sure my form was right so I didn’t injure myself while still pushing me. If I was going to be staying In the area long term then Stepz Dapto is definitely a gym I would join on a long term basis. Staff and members are really friendly!
