The staff are incredibly friendly, special mention to Andrew who works there. He showed me round the gym and gave me clear direction on all the machines. He even gave some helpful information on Perth as I’ve just moved to the area.

If I could give them 6 STARS I would! The gym is always clear, AC is always on point and the equipment is excellent! Amongst all that the Staff and Personal Trainers at Plus Fitness Hocking are the Best! You always get Greeted with a smile and a hello as you walk into the gym. The Gym manager Grace is in league of her own! Grace is always around helping members with tips and making us all feel like the Hocking Plus fitness is a second home! If you are looking for a Gym with the best staff, energy and vibe Plus fitness Hocking is the gym to join

Positive experience: Yes try answering the phone or returning phone calls to customers. My baby has been sick and I've been calling for three weeks now trying to put my membership on hold and no-one answers the phone and noone has called me back, first message was left on 8th and it's now the 23rd, still nothing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, clean gym with a great atmosphere! Lovely staff that are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable! Its great to see this gym has a creche for the little ones to play while parents work out.

Negative experience: Very disappointed when I went to cancel my membership and was made to feel very embarrassed and small , I was asked why I was cancelling I mentioned it was due to work getting busy. The lady said she wanted to hear a legitimate answer however I just ignored it. As she got the paper work ready for me to sign she asked if I was going to another gym I replied no her reply was so your not going to do anything and repeated it again. At that point I just wanted to sign the document and get out of there. Never have I felt so small and I would hate for anyone to be questioned and belittled like that. Who knows what other reasons people have and they should have to explain themselves.

Negative experience: The staff are friendly and most of the people going to the gym are also, however the gym has got too many members and not enough space/equipment. It is starting to get a little hard for me to do the workouts I set out to accomplish.
