Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this gym!! Vibes are great, trainers know their stuff and everyone is super helpful and welcoming. Facilities are awesome. I love that they don’t have mirrors and have an ice bath and sauna available for everyone to use too. I’m a gym jumper and can honestly say this is by far the best I’ve been too.

Fantastic experience: I've been training consistently for almost 3 years now and have previously had other PT's throughout my time before Helix, however it wasn't until I started training under Tim's program that I started seeing such definitive results in shorter periods of time. A year ago I was also diagnosed with scoliosis and told by various health professionals that I should give up strength training and focus on pilates, however this was purely due to their lack of education and experience. Tim has supported me by customising a workout plan that has allowed me to continue doing what I love - strength training and ironically, I am in way less pain than I was when I was following the advice of not training. Not only am I stronger and leaner, I'm also pain-free 80% rather than being in pain 100% of the time which I am incredibly grateful for. If you follow the program, show up consistently and trust the process - you will get incredible results!

Fantastic experience: I am using the online program delivered through the TrainHeroic platform and think it is excellent. I have used numerous different US-based online programs (Juggernaut Strength, Military Athlete, Field Strong, EXOS, Atomic Athlete, Sealfit) and this is comfortably as good as the best of those. Tim is very generous in providing additional free resources with the program that many other programs would charge extra for. The programming is simple but challenging and effective (if you do the work consistently and at the intended intensity). I can do everything with the basic setup I have without really having to substitute anything at all. The current cycle takes me about 45 minutes for the strength component and a further 10-15 minutes for the conditioning which is perfect for my schedule. I haven't had to engage with Helix for additional assistance with my program but they certainly make it clear that they are willing to help anyone that needs it. I'd be very confident I would receive help if I asked. Highly recommend these guys.

I started my journey at helix 6 weeks ago I was very nervous to start as it’s nothing I had done before I have a shoulder injury and it was way out of my comfort zone. I joined a 28 days challenge and the experience and the results where mind blowing. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best programming I’ve had in my life. In the 12 weeks I’ve been at Helix, I’ve gone from barely being able to run 400m to running 10kms. My lifts have all increased 15% The gym itself is extraordinary and the coaches are so on point. With the nutritional advice I was able to lose 5 kilos and still increase my weights and fitness. I’m looking fitter and leaner today than I have in all my years of CrossFit training. Love the Helix way of life so much I don’t want to be anywhere else. Ticks all the boxes for me and I’m so excited for our next phase of training

Fantastic experience: Helix was first introduced to me by a friend after a year and a half of not working out and I felt that my fitness was in an all time low. I have been with Helix for a few months now and in each session I am always challenged and motivated to be stronger and healthier The coaches are honestly the best, they just want to help you achieve your goals and they push you to reach your limits. The training program is gold and high quality allowing you to be fitter and stronger. I always look forward to the afternoon sessions after a long day at uni/work. Fantastic experience: Hi, I have Just Recently Join Helix gym, and it’s been awesome to me so far with the staff and Fantastic facilities, sauna, ice baths, training equipment is perfect setup (strength and conditioning training) Experience personal trainers that are available for your needs and adapted to your goals with the training programs. With each day training sessions Flex and the performance training sessions to suit us individually and what level you are at with your fitness and skills and your goals. My experience so far as not disappointed me, The Evolt 360 body scan was very helpful and accurate, information on my body and was amazingly good with information on my overall health, It as friendly amsopherere and a upbeat good vibe with everybody, given you motivation to succeed. Over the years I been to various different gyms and this as been one of the best. Exactly what I was looking for, the apps (Wodify) (Train Heroic) for booking your training sessions easy to used, and checking what training programs are layout for the coming weeks, my fitness app to record your nutrition and Evolt scan app to track your results and overall fitness health improvements. I was impress with emails updates on information providing training & knowledge to improve nutrition and mobility ect providing you with e book to coach you on how to get more flexible and improve mobility which will help your lifting technique’s and your overall training. Also other opportunity’s to progress within the gym and join the community spirit and some friendly competition to go up in levels with your training @ fitness, So far so good it’s been great, I am looking forward to every training session and to progress and improve my fitness and health, Tim and personal trainers Constantly supporting me and encouraging everyone to work harder and do better for themselves. Fantastic experience: 7 months after having baby I was at my lowest point mentally and physically, not looking forward to even leaving my bed only find that it was postpartum depression. This is only my second week and everybody at Helix has already unlocked so much motivation and excitement inside of me that I haven’t felt in a long time. Fantastic experience: Love this place. The program is amazing and the gym environment is unmatched. After multiple sporting injuries I was always hesitant to do certain exercises due to pain or risk of re-injury, but after only a few months at Helix, I'm moving completely pain free and lifting heavier than I ever have with no worries. It shifted my mindset to focusing on achieving strength and fitness goals, rather than training mainly to maintain a certain aesthetic. Ironically, I've never felt more comfortable and confident in my own skin since joining. It made me fall in love with training again and I'm so grateful for that. Would recommend Helix to anyone who wants to push themselves. It'll be one of the best decisions you can make for your physical and mental health.

Fantastic experience: Helix Gym has been my go to for mobility, strength and conditioning training. When I set foot into the gym I am surrounded by like minded individuals looking to push themselves to the limit under the guidance of the trainers. With a professionally constructed 12 week program followed by a week of testing it motivates me to show up, and put in the work as the results of my increased strength and mobility speak for themselves! Fantastic experience: Helix is by far one of the best gyms I have joined in my time. I love the group classes, they are so motivating and everyone within the gym community is so so supportive! The coaches are truely amazing and want to see you succeed, they are supportive and are always available to assist with anything, whether it be technique, motivation, guidance, you name it! I had never imagined myself in a gym with such a focus on Olympic lifting, but I am so glad I joined and will never look back! Fantastic experience: My goal when signing up to Helix a year ago was to fall in love with training again after losing my mojo and struggling to adjust to FIFO, and to learn the basics of Olympic lifting.
