Positive experience: located in really great location. big enough compare with other branch, always quite quiet here. little bit annoyed due to parking (as you need lift to get here), but it has stunning view during day time. it could be awesome if all cardio stations located facing window side

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness at Glen Osmond is a gymnasium with all the equipment that you need. It has everything from treadmill and Stairmaster, to nautilus machines to barbells. The centre is expertly managed by Selina and a group of fitness experts who will get you toned and stronger with every day. The facilities are always clean. Five Stars.

Fantastic experience: I didn't know what to expect the first time I walked into the gym but boy was I surprised! Really friendly staff and the gym is never full. The only miniscual problem with the gym is sometimes there aren't enough plates but thats more than decent from one of the best gyms in the state!

Negative experience: Machines were outdated, layout was not optimal, not many free weights.

Positive experience: Great gym but unfortunately none of the treadmills, bikes or cross trainers can connect to your Apple watch to allow you to use your heart rate for fitness training. Most other anytime fitness gyms have upgraded to allow for this.

Positive experience: Solid location and not over crowded. Awesome staff and great gym comradery, I enjoy going. Only thing I wish they'd do is update all the equipment especially the pin weight machines to the newer versions that all the other locations have. Not a fan of the oval shaped handles and they feel a bit less ergonomic than newer versions. Can lift much more on other locations' machines but less here. Nfc connection to smart watches doesn't seem to work on majority of cardio equipment here (does at other places so don't think it's my watch)

Negative experience: It says that the staffed hours are from 10am until 3pm on Tuesdays. I was planning to join the gym so I was there at 11 am today and the gym was unstaffed.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym but only one machine if possible to be added is hack squat machine.

Fantastic experience: Has to be the gym with the best view in Adelaide. Lots of space with plenty of natural light, especially compared to other Anytimes. New, modern equipment and enough of it. Never too busy. Very happy training here.

Negative experience: Be careful with Anytime Fitness Glen Osmond. I paid up front for a year's membership at St Morris, which was automatically transferred over to Glen Osmond due to more frequent usage at Glen Osmond. However, my membership was shortened from the year that I paid St Morris, to several months shorter at Glen Osmond, because of "different weekly rates". Firstly, this is breach of contract. I paid up front for a year long membership. Secondly, I was not informed, except accidentally in passing. Thirdly, this has never happened before in 11 years of being a member of various Anytime Fitness gyms across the country. My year-long up front membership has always been honoured despite automatic changes of home gym during my moves between cities. The management here has chosen to ignore this unconscionable act.

Fantastic experience: Staff is so very cool and welcoming. Nadia at the front desk has made my experience as a first timer super comforting and I really appreciated that. The gym itself is reasonably spacious and suprisingly has a pretty neat view. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. I've been unfit my whole life and I decided to start coming here about 2 months ago, and it's been incredible. The 2 walls are basically all glass so you get a view and it feels very open and beautiful. It has a nice selection of equipment, and it is VERY clean and I've felt very comfortable the whole time I've been coming here (even though I usually have very high social anxiety)

Negative experience: Arrived today to find the lift and stairwell locked. Couldn’t access the gym. Calls to the club’s contact phone number went unanswered and haven’t been returned. Very poor experience for a new customer.

The consistent delivery of these factors sets Anytime Fitness Glen Osmond as an example for other franchisees to follow, as the standard is set here.

Negative experience: Got told this place was opening in September. I drove there recently and found no gym. I've tried ringing the listed number several times and it keeps going to message bank. Very disappointed in this.
