Negative experience: I am member since 2021 and go to gym almost 6 times a week. Had an account problem and talked to the management but KAYLEE and MURRAY terminated my membership without any notice. I found out when my tag didn’t work at the entry (Contract says 30 days notice is required by either side). To Area Manager: please give these two guys some easy task they’re capable at. Their decision completely affect my life. Happy to share my experience. To Wynnum people: Strongly recommend to keep away from Anytime Fitness if you see these two are on duty. Also I strongly recommend to walk away from the contract without any notice. That’s what exactly they did to me. They need to listen and respect people, Market is pretty competitive, Jetts, Goodlife ... are around the corner.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Massive inside, lots of equipment and doesn't feel crowded. Nice atmosphere. Could do with another cable stack.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the club! The equipment is brand new and it is so well spaced apart instead of being on top of each other. Everybody in the club is absolutely lovely and I highly recommend for this club for anyone and everybody.

Fantastic experience: This is a large gym compared to other Anytime Fitness gyms. There is no WiFi provided.

Negative experience: My experience with this gym has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite being assured that my three-month contract would end as planned, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged for an additional two months after I stopped attending. Even after reaching out to a staff member and being assured that my membership had been canceled, the charges persisted. It's absurd and unacceptable to be billed for services I'm not using, especially after being promised that my membership would be terminated. This situation is nothing short of ridiculous, and I urge others to be cautious before committing to this gym.

Positive experience: easy parking under gym. fair size gym with good equipment but they dont answer the phone or call you back.

Negative experience: Water filter has been broken since August and aircon has been broken for too long it is too hot in here I can’t train when the temperature is 37 degrees outside and there is no ventilation or aircon inside. Not on anytime

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Wynnum has such a great gym layout, and their staff is super friendly and provides great customer service. I always feel welcomed and motivated when I go there. It's definitely a gym worth checking out! Big thanks to Justin the Club Manager ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Wynnum is amazing gym that has an amazing community feel. But Kahlee Doyle PT (KDPT) makes it 100000 times better! Kahlee embodies passion and concern like no other. Having worked with her for almost three years, I can attest to her diligence and commitment to Anytime Fitness Wynnum. From the first time I looked for guidance in the gym, Kahlee has been a reliable friend and supporter throughout my fitness journey in addition to offering professional advice. She truly cares about her clients' well-being and is not only committed to their workouts but also getting to know her clients deep down. Kahlee's ability to bring humour into her sessions and bring out the best in her clients is what makes her stand out. Her 8-week challenges bring out amazing results and bring people together to form an even bigger and better community. She is definitely one of the backbones in Anytime Fitness Wynnum and shows deep dedication to both the community and her clients. I would recommend her to everyone!

Positive experience: Great gym. Equipment is in really good condition, and you have lots of space to move around. Nothing worse than going to a gym and being on top of everyone else while working out. Unfortunately they don't specify what height their underground carpark is. So everyone knows. It's about 2.1 meter height, so don't go under if you have a tall car. I learnt that the hard way. Haha

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness in Wynnum is such a great club! My partner and I moved to QLD a year ago and we have been made to feel so welcome by Shauntae. She has gotten us involved in classes and meeting other people at the gym and even trained with us. She is a ray of sunshine, always so positive and happy to talk to and have a laugh with. Really makes us feel welcome every time we come to the gym. If I could give more stars for Shauntae I would, really an asset to the club.

Negative experience: Terrible service and treatment in my experience. Loyal customer of 4 years and over charged when my account was suppose to be on freeze. I was charged throughout the renovations when the gym was closed and no one could use the facility. The manager Clifford in particular was rude and denied conversations we had over he phone then admitted the system had failed but he would not be refunding me the full amount of over charges. I cancelled and was told I’d come off freeze and be charged full fees for 30 days even though I had already been charged 15 transactions that were not meant to happen. I had to go to higher authority to resolve this. The manager also put a debt collector on to me for one missed payment during the 30 day period as I blocked anytime from charging more until resolved. I paid the bill and moved gyms. Shop around there are way better gyms in the area for less fees and the trainers and staff actually value their members and don’t act like they are the be all or end all.

Negative experience: A little disappointed in the care factor and treatment I received as an existing customer of over 5 years . I suspend my membership and the gym did that no problem and then charged me a holding fee of $2.50 a week. Quoting their t&c . I expressed my disappointment as not only was this not mentioned when I originally placed my membership on hold but I asked to waiver the future $2.50 based on the short time of my membership hold plus my loyalty as a customer . The representative said nothing can be done and accepted my alternative to end my membership which I did . Very disappointed to see so much and money is spent by anytime fitness to attract new customers and little to no care to look after the existing customers they have . I would have thought existing customers would be more valuable . Wynnum is a great gym and the facilities are first class and I would have preferred to stay rather than go to another alternative gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with most of the equipment you’ll need. Pretty busy for a Friday midday. More busy than other AF clubs I’ve been too but still no need to wait for equipment. Staff were friendly and it was well kept and clean.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym. 8 squat racks heaps of equipment. Safety bar swiss bar trap bar thats all the bars! The gym is very large heaps of parking and not too busy. If your in the area hard to see why you wouldnt go here. If I had one critique it would be that the benches are the two piece style i dont like. Easy 5 stars

Fantastic experience: By far my favourite gym I have ever trained at! It has all the equipment you will ever need and I love the atmosphere and layout. The staff are super friendly and helpful and always up for a chat! All the other members are friendly and I don’t feel intimidated like I have at other gyms. All around fantastic place I cannot recommend this enough :)

Positive experience: The gym is good with a variety of equipment but not enough. You need to add more weight machines by making more room take out the table in the foyer also were the squat racks are and the kettle bells half that area so you can put more machines in. You need an Ab machine more back and shoulder equipment There just my thoughts

Fantastic experience: This gym is loaded with equipment and super spacious. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Such a great atmosphere to train.

Negative experience: The environment at the gym is unfriendly. It's small and always dusty as the machines are rarely cleaned. The classes are okay but time and space are limited. There also seems to be a large turn over of staff with trainers and managers changing frequently. During covid, when the gym was not able to open they gave their customers an option to freeze membership or freeze membership with an additional $2.50 for access to the app. Unfortunately, it wasn't communicated that this would result in additional time being added to contracts, extending the end date. I would rather end my contract and pay the remaining 50%, then force myself to go to this gym.

Fantastic experience: Love going here around 8 and getting in a good workout, definitely enjoy the amount of racks they have to do your compound lifts, never waiting for a rack.

Negative experience: I was intimidated my first session at this gym by a male trainer so much so that I went home shaken, shocked that I had been treated like this and cried to my partner. When I contacted the club to tell them I wanted to cancel my membership in the cooling off period, even after explaining the intimidation, they would not provide me a $90 refund of my toggle that I used once. I am a young girl, who was aggresively treated by a male staff member, and they couldn't even do a refund on good will even though that part was not verbally explained upon joining. Just in reply to your cheeky response about the rower not being available, it was actually more about how I was made to feel by your staff member on my first session at the gym, not that I couldn't use it for five minutes.

Negative experience: They are fortunate you can't half star them. They are extremely friendly when they are taking your money but in these times when you have to move to work and make money to survive. Even when you tell them they want proof and evidence and then they still keep charging. Do not go to them even if they are the only gym as they are not good people.

Fantastic experience: Always make sure to get in a session in here when I'm in the area. I've never seen an Anytime Fitness with this much functional space, squat racks, Life Fitness equipment and such a massive group fitness room. Epic club

Fantastic experience: Came back after the covid shut down and Ben and his team have done a great job of keeping the club clean and tidy. Unfortunately they are getting abused by people that believe what they are doing isn't good enough. When you head down to the gym remember to be the nice customers to help boost morales!

Negative experience: THIS IS A TERRIBLE GYM! They change managers like they change socks, you never know who to contact regarding membership questions. They have had 3 months to prepare for reopening from Covid-19 shutdown and their approach has been at best dismissive. The current manager Ben, refuses to directly answer questions, deletes tough comments on their socials that express members' sentiment that could shine an unfavorable light on the club and continues to dodge questions that impact my exercise experience. They try to pass themselves off as a locally owned small family business club, where this couldn't be further from the truth. It is a part of a large gym chain owned largely in part by 1 man who owns (at last count) 6 Anytime Fitness gyms with easily well over a million dollar turnover. Overall this club is all style and NO substance. It reflects the 20-something millennial attitudes of the management and staff whereby if its not all about how they feel, then get off the bus. I am counting the seconds so that I can stop this horror ride and do just that, get off. Enter at your own risk.

Negative experience: My daughter was ripped off by them when she cancelled her membership and you still kept charging her by taking it out of her bank account. I will be letting people know of your underhanded tactics. You finally cancelled her membership but you told her you would not reimburse her her money. You made the mistake. She now is out of pocket for your mistake. Also she didn't have a contract with them. Follow up.... I contacted them and they told me that they would not do anything. Just told me to have a nice day. These guys rip you off and rub their hands together, give a smiley face and say have a nice day. You ripped my daughter off over $800!! Well if this is how you run a business, you won't have it long. People won't stand for that. Bye

Positive experience: Too small.. The toilet and bathroom are not separated between man and woman.. Only have 4 bathroom.. The good thing are new equipment and place.. Not so crowded
