Fantastic experience: Karma Muay Thai is my first ever martial arts gym I've joined and during the first weeks of training I have improved drastically with my kicking power & speed, sweep, clinch and cardio. They are a very beginner friendly gym, letting you go at your own pace but with the motivation of others, this rarely happens so I would see myself pushing pass my limits most of the time. The coaches and fellow Nak Muays are super friendly and have given me many tips on my form and technique that I have now implemented. I have been going 4-6 times a week and will continue to do so as I genuinely enjoy learning the art of Muay Thai and believe that Karma Muay Thai will help me become a great Nak Muay.

Fantastic experience: My primary aged girls loved the sessions and I had to sign them up after the 2 weeks trial. It is a great strength and conditioning session to complement their football and the trainers make it fun for them and they are always smiling when they come back. Martin the owner was also very accomodating regarding our personal situation which made us happy to support a local business rather than a corporate machine!

Fantastic experience: I personally fell in love with this place when I first stepped in because it had this Thai vibe going on in the place which I thought this place would help me to grow in my Muay Thai and fitness journey and it does. The trainers are well experienced especially the head coach. Also not to forget that the people who come to train there is very nice and helpful as well. On the other hand the schedules and the classes are well organised, also the fees and the packages are very reasonable where anyone can afford it especially with the service they provide.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I decided to do a trial session at karma Muay Thai a bit over a month ago and I had no expectations. It was really super friendly and welcoming and as someone who has never done martial arts I feel well supported to learn and get more confident. We are in the beginner classes and go to padwork which is really fun, especially as it is a bit challenging to pick up all the concepts! I’m really enjoying it!! Would highly recommend to a beginner and for females :)

Fantastic experience: I have been consistently coming to class 2 days a week for around 3 months and couldn't be happier that I joined! It's a welcoming space for all with friendly, skilled coaches. I was a complete beginner and have already noticed big improvements in my fitness, strength, coordination and skill. Come and take a class, you won't regret it!

I'm always concerned about big ego's in fighting gyms and thankfully it's not here. It's just good friendly energy. I get critiqued and pushed in a good way. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it here! As a 46yr old woman with some health issues I attend 2 nights a week and they really look after me. I push myself but I never worry about feeling out of place when I have to rest for a little. You are never too old or too unfit to start this journey. And Karma is the only place to go. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: By far the best Muay Thai training in Brisbane! You can feel such a sense of community and care from the very first day. I trained in Muay Thai when I was younger and spent a lot of time in Thailand, with traditional training. I wanted to find somewhere for my children to train, that held the same values, care and comittment in a strong yet humble environment that I trained in. We visited over 10 different gyms before finding Karma Muay Thai. Everywhere else was clearly only about profit with ridiculous contracts and fee's. Karma Muay Thai is the complete opposite. I am so thankful to have found the perfect place and trainer, who you can see genuinely care about each and every person. Who puts their heart and soul into their gym. That go above and beyond for their students and have such a welcoming family feeling. Finding humble trainers is hard but absolutely essential when learning any form of martial arts. The sense of humble peace, that these trainers have brings such a strong mental and emotional fulfilment into the physical performance of their students which last a lifetime. I wish there was a 10 star option because Martin and Alana more than deserve it. If you have children, are looking for yourself to get fit, this the place you want to be!

Fantastic experience: Kharma Muay Thai is an excellent place to train no matter where you are in your martial arts or fitness journey. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and kharma has a very friendly atmosphere with good people. I've personally learned so much about fighting and have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness and cardio.

Fantastic experience: The team at Karma Muay Thai are very welcoming and supportive. I went in to help with my anxiety and mental pressures from work (I work in Corporate). They taught me a few muay thai techniques that I ended up applying at work to keep calm and relaxed whilst being infront of a lot of people. I was also able to get out some overdue frustration and anger in a safe environment. They taught me that when you are tired that is when your true character comes out, I was able to see who I really was in that moment and now I know who I am and where I need to grow. Thanks Karma

Fantastic experience: My name is Lleyton and I joined a week ago and have been to enough sessions to know that this place is legit. I was skeptical but I was quickly proven otherwise. The quality of training is top notch and would highly recommend it to anyone of any skill set. Karma isn’t afraid to show you the ropes and get you in there quick either which is awesome, even if you are an amateur they will treat you with the utmost respect and build you up to be a capable Muay Thai fighter. All in all my experience so far has been amazing and I won’t stop coming back unless I break a bone hahaha.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a days trail and instantly fell in love. The staff were so welcoming and thorough with their teachings I knew I had to sign up. It can be intimidating walking into a gym not knowing a thing about Muay Thai, knowing no one, but not this gym. Best decision I ever made!
