Fantastic experience: I've been gymming for 14 yrs now, and for what you pay and in comparison to the competition in the area this is an excellent gym. Good amounts of free space, not busy during peak times (4 to 7pm weekdays). Good branded equipment, 24/7, dumbells that go up to 60kg and bumper plates for deadlifts plus sledge and heavy boxing bag as added bonus. Most importantly, no d*$kheads or ac issues like most gyms.

Fantastic experience: Love DIY. It has a nice calm feel. All the equipment you need at a great price. 24/7 access is so convenient.

Fantastic experience: A gym which is affordable and no lock in contract. Not the biggest gym but it got most of the things you need.

Negative experience: Absolute Rip Off... Very Limited facilities ...They advertise as No Lock in contracts however, Charge you for another week when you decide to quit. Also , the place stink due to very poor ventilation.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym with helpful and very friendly staff always there to help. The price was very good and when I joined I received a free personal training session and program. Doing a mix of both cardio and strengthening exercises I found that they have a great balance of equipment which is suitable for whatever your goals are. Training on new equipment in particular the treadmill & bikes having internet/foxtel makes training fun and enjoyable.
