Revo Fitness - Windsor Gardens

Negative experience: Dear Management, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms at Rego Windsor Gardens. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me absolutely disgusted. The state of the toilets is unacceptable and does not meet the standards one would expect from your establishment. It is imperative that the cleaning staff perform more thorough and frequent cleaning to ensure a hygienic environment for all visitors. The current situation is not only unpleasant but also poses health concerns. I urge you to address this issue promptly, as maintaining a clean facility is crucial for customer satisfaction and overall reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Negative experience: The manager here is so rude! Revo keeps overcharging me and I've been charged two payments of $70 dollars within the last two weeks. This wasn’t the first time I’ve been overcharged but now I’m fed up, so I went in to try and receive my money back and cancel my membership and the manager was beyond rude and unhelpful. She then told me that Revo has no control with how much I’m getting charged and I should contact the third party business they use to take payment from their members (which she didn’t even explain how to do) and that in order to cancel my membership I have to pay an additional $140 in outstanding fees. Frankly, this all doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, if anything they owe me money. I’ve gone through my bank statements since joining this gym about a year ago and it shows I’ve paid for my membership every month, it also shows the different occasions where Revo has charged additional fees, such as a random $94 dollar fee or $30 dollars here and there. Now I do I understand it is not the managers fault I am being overcharged but she basically attacked me through the whole process and making it impossible to even cancel my membership so that this doesn’t happen again. The first time I did go in to speak to a worker about my issues with overpayment, there was another member also complaining about the same issue so this is clearly to happening to other ppl and nothing is being done to fix this. I went in to a different Revo to fix my issue and they were far more helpful and friendly. I think Revo is a great gym with good facilities but they do need to fix whatever is going on with your payment system. Oh and I definitely would NOT recommend Revo Windsor garden especially because of the obnoxiously rude manager

Hard working, you can find Cooper watering the plants daily, and in toe with a feather duster, gracefully dusting off the seat for your next chest press set. In an environment that is difficult to differentiate yourself from the rest, Cooper will find a way.

He was excellent in his customer service, he showed me the whole gym and didn’t try to force me into signing up at Revo. I was really impressed with the gym facilities and will be moving to Revo effective immediately.

Negative experience: I need some one to contact me , I cancelled my membership close to 3 years ago , and you have still been taking money out of my account for 3 years this is fraud amd I want every cent that has been paid since my membership has been cancelled reimbursed every dollar , I can never get through to anyone there because of the ridiculous automated service never understands what you are saying, if someone does not attempt to call me or give me an email where I can contact staff of revo Windsor Gardens I will be taking this to the accc and consumer affairs , you also need to remove my banking details immediately if I get another notification saying that money can't be taken out of my account I will have revo done for illegally taking money without consent , and taking fraudulent payments , you have 48 hours to respond in writing as to the action that revo is going to take in relation to this matter . Do NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE OUT ANYMORE MONEY YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT YOU LOST THE RIGHTS TO DO THAT ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO

Fantastic experience: REVO Windsor is one of the best gyms I’ve been too. Welcoming and bright atmosphere with lovely staff unlike a lot of the dark dungeon-like gyms that are popular at the moment. Plenty of equipment with loads of space so you don’t feel on top of other gym members. With a very affordable price, I don’t think any other gyms come close!

Fantastic experience: Revo Windsor Gardens has been the only gym in Adelaide where I feel comfortable enough to actually show up and train in. I've tried multiple other gyms in the area and this one is by far the best. Great staff, great equipment, open space with so much room so you don't feel squished in.

Positive experience: Pretty good gym, never too busy. Please fix your equipment, stuff is always broken. Chilled water would be nice. Need a floor to ceiling smith machine, the 3 that are there don’t go low enough for some exercises. Ac could be controlled better, sometimes too cold sometimes too hot. Please turn off the music, everyone wears headphones these days.

Fantastic experience: Just did a casual visit tonight. Big and neat gym with heaps of equipment. Even during peak hour, it didn't feel too crowded. Heaps of parking spaces which is a bonus And half the price of Anytime Fitness!

Positive experience: It’s a great gym with lots of equipment and space. However the aircons aren’t turned on until later arvo! It’s 25+ degrees outside and that’s cooler than the inside the gym. For a 24/7 gym you’d think the aircon would be on 24/7…?

Fantastic experience: as someone with bad gym anxiety, this gym is a dream! very spacious ans modern design, not overwhelming. I used to train at derrimut and found it too crowded and overwhelming. At revo, all equipment is spread nicely where you still have space

Positive experience: Great gym with new equipment and plenty of space. Leaving it at 4 stars as unfortunately they've just got rid of the disinfectant wipe stations around the club citing "environment" as the logic and replacing with spray and blue chux wipes. From using other clubs, this just seems to lead to less people maintaining hygiene and cleaning equipment and the chux aren't great for the environment anyway (plus regularly end up in the bins.) Hope you find a better, hygienic alternative soon.

Fantastic experience: Clean, fresh and great facilities. Everything is spaced out well, and the layout of the gym works. It never feels too crowded, and the vibes are always pretty good!

Positive experience: Has all the machines I need to do my workouts at odd hours. Capacity of wiping stations should be at least doubled as I regularly encounter no wipes to wipe down machines and have to use blue towel and spray bottle. Facility big enough to provide space away from other members.

Positive experience: I have recently joined Revo Fitness and it’s a great gym. The only thing negative is that the equipment look old and need to be upgraded. Hopefully this will be happening in the near future. Other then that it’s a fantastic place to workout.
