Negative experience: Bad communication in regards to class timetables and cancel weeks of classes over Christmas. Car parking is a pain.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. Absolutely filthy, smells awful and there hasn’t been hand soap in the toilets for weeks. If you enjoy sharing equipment with people that have just taken a dump and not washed their hands, sign up! A great place to test your immune system

Positive experience: Big gym lots of space and equipment, staff are friendly.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. Their prices are scam. You sign up with a good offer and then all of a sudden they change their prices without your consent. You don’t know this until you see your bank account. I cancelled with the 30 days notice and they actually made me pay 44 days! My membership ended on the 30th November but on the 28th they charged me 2 weeks more, to me and my partner. We ended up paying almost $50 dollars for not reason. For a disgusting gym we are not even going anymore. And will never return! Why didn’t you just charge me the equivalent of the 2 days between the 28th and the 30th? Because the 30th November was when our memebership was supposed to end. Why are we obligated to pay 2 weeks more?!!! Like? Not even one but two!!?? That’s actually 44 days since the day we cancelled when we were supposed to pay only 30! It’s just scam!!! They are never clear with what they write because they want to confuse you and take your money. The day I cancelled the guy at reception was very specific saying that only ONE payment more will be debited. But it was 2!!!! Not one like he said. I will make a complaint to CBS Don’t ever go to this gym. Besides, always smells horrible and the equipment is always broken

Positive experience: Brutally Honest Review of Derrimut Windsor Gardens I’ve been a member at Derrimut Windsor Gardens for two years, and while it has its strengths, there are also glaring issues that can’t be ignored. The Positives: The gym offers an impressive range of equipment, with various brands and types of machinery to suit different preferences. It’s also open 24/7, which is a big convenience. Derrimut goes beyond what many other gyms provide with features like saunas, stretching mats, a boxing ring, and even a basketball court. These extras can be a huge draw for members looking for more than just the basics. The staff are generally nice, offering a hello every now and again, which is refreshing. The Negatives: Unfortunately, the gym’s maintenance is seriously lacking. Many machines are either out of order or breaking down, with equipment like cables and leather padding looking like they’ve been through years of neglect. Even finding the right cable attachment can feel like a scavenger hunt. The dumbbell rack is a mess during peak hours—not because the weights are in use, but because they’re scattered or misplaced, making it frustrating to find a matching set. The toilet facilities are another low point, often reeking of a mix of human waste and sweat, which is off-putting, to say the least. As for the sauna, it’s a disaster: there’s no proper drainage, leaving the floor coated with sweat, and it’s been out of order for quite some time with no signs of repair. The parking situation is also a nightmare, having to circle around for 5-10 minutes to find a park if your lucky. Final Thoughts: Derrimut Windsor Gardens has its fair share of issues some I get they cannot avoid due to the indecentcy of their customers, much like other Derrimut locations, but at $250–$400 per year (depending on deals), you get what you pay for. It’s a decent option for beginners or casual gymgoers who want affordability and variety. However, if you’re a serious lifter or someone who prioritizes cleanliness and equipment quality, it’s worth investing in a more premium gym.

Negative experience: Can you please fix sauna. Its been more than 2 weeks.

Negative experience: Sauna is out of order again. I noticed it was because one side of the sitting bench fell down. But I dont understand how it can take so much time just to fix a bench. It is affecting many of your customers, and even we try to go to your other locations. It is always full, as many people from this gym are going there.

Negative experience: The worst gym in this locality. Customer service is sheet. Rude staffs. The key tags provided is very bad quality and keeps breaking and they charge 15buck for that but not happy to come up with something better. Every renewal there is an establishment fee even for the existing member. Last but not least- it is quite impossible to use the toilet as there is no exhaust and bad smell. The management should look into this.

Fantastic experience: Probably best place to workout tbh. The workers are very nice there’s these 2 boys that were very polite and had amazing manners towards me. And made me a very good smoothie in a short amount of time. More then recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: walked into the gym at 2pm expecting to have a slow workout but then i heard the banger music the staff were playing and instantly had the best workout i’ve had in a while. after my amazing workout i went to get a smoothie and Naeimi, Sung and Kye all made me the craziest smoothie i’ve ever had. shoutout the weekend boys

Negative experience: Recent experience on 2024 Nov: Insufficient Parking spot: Barely find carpark spot from Mon - Thursday, 4pm to 10pm Equipment malfunction: Plenty of machines and equipment are out of order or missing. eg. pins, strings, 1kg-10kg gym dumbells. Lax attitude of staff: I reported machines faults for several times, the staff went with me to check the machine faults, but still no one fix it. In addition, some of staff(look like new to gym) checked the broken machine, and said he or she would report this fault to someone, but I think they always forget. Because it is still broken after two weeks. Overall: not recommend even if membership price low.

Fantastic experience: I was happy served by Naeimi and Kye, great customer service provided by both. Tried the oreo smoothie for the first time made by Naeimi and it just hit the spot

Negative experience: It is sad and disappointing to know that the gym is running a scam. They started with a lowball offer to attract customers and make you pay upfront over $100 as entry and within weeks jack up the price. This is unpleasant and unprofessional. They may come back by stating "the contract says" that we can increase the fees anytime, which is nothing but scamming innocent people. We were a group of friends who joined the gym and all of us would cancel our membership and will never return! But we are part of a larger community and we will make every effort to leave a dent on their brand. They will pay the price of treating customers poorly. PEOPLE NEVER BELIEVE THEIR MARKETING GIMMICKS. On top of it this gym is super full, finding parking is a nightmare, unclean and STINKS! I was already regretting joining here on the first day but they have given a good reason for me to move out. Thanks for getting back to my complaint over here. Negative experience: Missing pins. Toilets are filthy the stick real bad. reminds me of a share house guys on the phones with cameras in such a private area, should be illegal. They have over signed up people for the gym can’t get a park at 5am 12pm especially 6pm. I wouldn’t have signed up for another year if I knew this was going to happen. Was happy for the first 4 years. I’m ready to cut my losses with the years membership iv just paid for and find another gym.

Negative experience: What to say about this place.. Missing pins on the machines, broken down machines which take ages to repair, because it's so full always, you would be lucky if you're not interrupted by someone in your first set only, asking " how many sets you're left with"..then the same saga on the next machine..if you're lucky to find one..ohh..and good luck with finding a car park..!!

Fantastic experience: Super good, it’s huge, like I usually go to Norwood, which mostly has life fitness and hammer strength, but this one has everything, like precor, panatta, hoist, life fitness and even other stuff. To be honest the hoist ones didn’t make sense to me and a lot of the precor ones were missing pins. They had way more machines and variety than Norwood though, however I must say that they lacked a lot of basic pin loaded machines, like I struggled to find a chest supported row (which had a pin). Still loved the gym, Norwood could go with some inspiration from here, because they lack cat park space and those cool machines and ‘higher end’ machines (also if both gyms get prime machines that will be cool). 9.5/10 gym, would give 10/10 but I got lost because of how big it is. Gym was basically Norwood derrimut but bigger and better.

Fantastic experience: Love Windsor Gardens derrimuts just wanted to give a special shoutout to your staff member Ethan, he is always so friendly and welcoming every time. Currently going through a 10 week challenge atm and almost cheated on my meal plan with a cookies and cream smoothie and he kept me in check and double checked I could have it (which i couldn’t) and we settled on a smoothie that matched what I drink at home instead so that my calories/ macros weren’t affected, That is the encouragement I needed to keep my mindset strong! Positive experience: Biggest gym in Adelaide. It has a variety of machines for every muscle group. However not all are working. Some have been broken for a while. Classes are available and they are all pretty good. Reformers pilates require a booking and there are very limited spots that open for booking at 5am. Always having a parking issue as there are way too many members and the parking area is tight. They now have a new snack bar selling smoothies and proteins. Cleanliness is average considering the vast amount of people at all times. All the soap dispensers are also broken

Negative experience: Pilates room very dusty and dirty ever time, no cleaning the room floor and equiments full of dust. Need cleaning everyday.

After multiple issues trying to switch memberships and being unable to access the gym, plus the constant trouble shooting with the staff at Norwood location, Maddy took the time to figure out the issue immediately. I was patiently waiting for a car to leave so I could park, but unexpectedly, one of your staff members overtook me and began reversing into the spot I was waiting for. I didn’t catch her name, but I believe this situation could have been avoided with clearer guidelines or allocated parking for staff members. As a member of the gym, it is disheartening to begin my day with such an encounter when I come here to have a positive start. I would kindly request that you consider designating specific parking spaces for staff to avoid conflicts like this in the future. It is very sad to be notified that she will be leaving the industry (especially the Windsor garden branch). However I am very delighted that she is achieving her new pathway of life. Positive experience: I go to this gym for reformer pilates. While the classes are great, it gets really stuffy in there and there is only one fan. There needs to be more fans to circulate the air. The carpark also leaves little to be desired. It is constantly awful. Packed. Cars parked in the roadway. It is a nightmare and always gridlocked. And it's expanding. I hope the carpark is expanding with it. Please put more fans in the reformer room!!!

Positive experience: Great variety of equipment for all sorts of training level and sports. Equipment is in great condition. I am disappointed in the bathrooms/changerooms. They are small and definitely could do with better ventilation.

Positive experience: Great equipment selection. However, that's the only positive. Equipment is sadly often broken or missing and always unorganised. Only AC is a few fans with only 1 or 2 on at a time, pretty rough. The cleaners work hard but the rest I'm not sure.

Negative experience: Large gym however wish: - there were paper towels to wipe and signs for others to do the same - path was clear to drive (as cars tend to park creating bottle neck). - machines were maintained (‘out of order’ signs on machines for weeks) - womens area to have all the accessories and more 20kg plates (enough for maybe max 2 machines) - music to be turned down (noise cancelling are almost ineffective) pls and thank u
