9Round Dee Why

9round Dee Why is one of the best gyms I've ever been to! The trainers are so friendly and motivating and really help with technique. The sessions are varied and I always leave feeling like i've done a tough workout. I can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve had the best experience with 9Rounds Dee Why and would recommend it to anyone. Coaches are super fun & welcoming, and helpful in demonstrating different techniques. They celebrate your progress every step of the way which has boosted confidence and motivation!

9 rounds is one of the greatest gyms I have been to. All the staff are high-energy and positive creating a fun atmosphere for them to work us hard in. They provide such a good workout and push you to perform your best while having a laugh. 10/10 highly recommend

The ladies at 9Round are always happy, cheerful and interested in what you have been doing - for me this is a bit part of feeling comfortable in a new gym. I have been going with my partner and friend and we have all been really enjoying it and have found it really easy to be motivated! The trainers focus on technique as well as making sure you have a good time. I really enjoy training at 9Round and highly recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t ask for a better and more welcoming team of trainers. I didn’t think it was possible to be so serious about gaining kickboxing skills and having so much fun at the same time. The team welcomes all levels and being able to turn up at any time means there’s never an excuse to not turn up! Couldn’t recommend this gym more!!
