Anytime Fitness Shellharbour

Fantastic experience: As a backpacker who's traveled all over Australia, I've had the chance to visit countless gyms across the country, and I have to say, Anytime Fitness Shellharbour absolutely ranks in my top 3! The facilities here are top-notch – spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need for any type of workout, whether it's strength training, cardio, or functional fitness. The staff are incredible too – always friendly and welcoming. The gym is always spotlessly clean, which is a big plus, and the atmosphere is super positive, with a great mix of people who are serious about fitness but still laid back and welcoming to newcomers. What stood out to me is how well-maintained the equipment is, with plenty of machines and free weights so you're never waiting around to get started. The 24/7 access is a huge bonus, especially when you're on the go like me. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Anytime Fitness Shellharbour is a perfect place to get a great workout in. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Too expensive, they need to do much more to attract aged, retired people. I really feel they prefer not to have elderly folk in their gymnasiums!

Fantastic experience: Huge, modern facility and plenty of space /equipment! - Very clean and well maintained venue - Plenty of showers / toilets - This is the best Anytime Fitness I have been to, and I don't know why all other AF are not like this! - I am from Sydney and have been to 10+ different venues, great stuff Shellharbour AF!

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner are currently travelling australia and been to around 15 anytimes between Melbourne and Sydney so far and this one has by far been the best anytime we’ve been too. More than enough equipment, the facilities are spot on, plenty of showers and extra bits like dryers etc, charging station and kitchen. Good parking near the building and the cleaner deserves a a good review too as it was the cleanest gym we’ve been too and the cleaner non stopped cleaning whole time we were in there. We wish this was our regular gym

Fantastic experience: The anytime that all other any times wish they were, plenty of free parking around back. The gym is large and spacious, a great amount of equipment to choose from. Staff were friendly upon arriving, who pointed out where the changing rooms were, separate from the 4 and more toilets and showers. Microwave, Kettle* and sink for members use as well, never seen it before but I rate it.

Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment well kept and set out. Amazing cleaner here, she is meticulous and friendly. I met the Owner and congratulated her for her win on the gym of the year. However when I ask if she could revise my rate to that offered in Corrimal A/F, she told me it was a premium gym and I’m already getting a bargain always friendly helpful staff and Good air conditioning and fans. Occasionally superset training and talkers in busy times make it frustrating to get on machines. This can halve the gyms capacity. However I agree with the owner this is a great club. I travel a lot at times and have seen many great clubs and some that need our cleaner

Fantastic experience: Best anytime I've ever been to! They have everything you need. Not one machine missing like other anytimes. PLUS - view is amazing and coffee shop next door = the perfect gym experience. Great staff too!!

Fantastic experience: Gym facilities are excellent and hardly any waiting time during peak periods. Members & staff are friendly and a very impressive gym with moderm facilities. Plenty of free parking all around the building and what a view inside. Looking out of massive floor to ceiling windows located high up, with the beautiful sunset and escarpment outside beaming in. Great value for money too and the gym provides upfront EFTPOS membership, or direct debit if thats your thing.

Fantastic experience: The staff and trainers are super friendly. The gym and equipment are always super clean and organised and the view from the gym windows is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: One word: Incredible. Huge space with every piece of equipment you could think of - even has a sauna! This is THE best AF location I've ever visted.

Negative experience: The safe here are rude and arrogant unhelpful, and don't care about you. The gym has a Lock in contact, that no other gym has and is more than double the expense of other gym in shellharbour, the gym equipment is out dated, and extremely limited, unlike other gym's that cost less than half the price.

Fantastic experience: Nice, new, clean, spacious, heaps of facilities and more equipment than a typical anytime fitness. And a bonus of plenty of natural light during the day.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean, the view from the treadmills in the floor to ceiling windows is magnificent. The staff are always welcoming. The free weights and machines are beautiful, new and well built. There is enough space and it is not overcrowded with too many members. A great place to train. I drive past a few other gyms on purpose because it is worth the extra drive. It is a step above any other Anytime I have been to also due to the aforementioned features.

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym twice when on holidays over Christmas & it's the best Anytime Fitness I've been to. Extremely clean, every machine you could want. Spacious. Plenty of bathrooms & change areas with little extras for members to use (dry shampoo, deodorant etc). It even had a kitchenette with a microwave. Other gyms should take note, these guys are putting their members first.

Can't recommend them enough, so happy with my gym

Positive experience: Heaps good space with an awesome amount of equipment, generally super clean and enough space for everyone. Really should have mirrors around the cable equipment though, it’s not particularly beginner friendly or practical.

Fantastic experience: • Excellent facilities. Free weights area is very well equipped with 2 power racks and >5 (?not sure i lost count) adjustable benches. I've never been to such a well equipped gym • Prices are great • Staff are very helpful and personal training is very affordable ($29 for half hour!) • All equipment is new • Other gym goers are super friendly. • 24 access rocks Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: New gym right near the Shellharbour Central Hotel. Modern facilities and work out machines. Mostly a clean gym, most of the staff are friendly when you ask them for help, but they don't greet you when you walk in as my old anytime fitness did. The Google page says closes at 7pm, that's wrong I believe they are a 24/7 gym. Best to change that so more people are encouraged to go try this gym. I like that this gym has spray and paper towels for sanitising the machines, plenty of storage space for your bags and a little kitchenette to make your protein shake or whatever you have before working. All round great gym with just little improvements here and there.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Shellharbour is one of my favourite gyms to go to out of all the ATF in my area. I live in Albion Park and have an ATF and still choose to travel to shellharbour! The gym is large with so much equipment! All equipment is in pristine condition, and the staff are so friendly! If you are a first time goer there is a cute little upstairs section that have plenty of kettlebells, dumbells and resistance bands for a good and semi private session to yourself as not many people go up there. I started there and am now venturing down to the main weights and machine section and loving it! I highly recommend this gym! xx

Fantastic experience: Anytime Shellharbour has been the first gym that I have felt comfortable to sign up in. The staff and members are very welcoming. Being slightly older than other members I never feel intimidated. I love the variety of exercise equipment . ththclub had.

Fantastic experience: Always clean, really well set out and plenty of equipment different sections for different workouts if you want to be away from all the weight equipment there's a section upstairs that is great for cardio and also more weights and weight bags. Staff are always happy and polite. Plenty of showers, and coffee and treats aswell as hygiene products provided all the time at anytime shellharbour over all excellent gym

Negative experience: One of the owners is always on a power trip. There is no loyalty shown to regular members no matter how much you have promoted the gym in the past

Negative experience: I've never been kicked off gym equipment by staff at any other gym I have been to or any other anytime fitness I have been to. However, I have been kicked off of multiple machines by staff here just so their client could use them, dispite there not being any towel or anything to indicate that tthe machine is in use. Pretty poor form. Otherwise, the gym itself and the equipment provided are above par.
