He came up with the perfect solution in no time at all and made the whole process stress-free. His professionalism, efficiency, and great customer service really stood out. On top of that, the gym itself is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Thanks to Nick, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a really positive one. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: AVOID at all costs if you’re a ClassPass member!!! Tried TWICE to book into their 12pm HIIT class in the city only to find out extremely last minute that it had been cancelled. Not fun having to run across St. George’s in the rain only to get a call 5 minutes before class began to let me know it was cancelled. And FYI this was after I attempted to contact them twice to check and they didn’t reply to my emails.

Fantastic experience: Well laid out. Plenty of space to work in. Light and airy environment. Showers. 4 well equipped weight racks which is what is most important to me. A great example of a well run Snap Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Tried this gym for the first time while I was in Perth on a business trip, and it left a great impression. The staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the showers were always open and clean—no musty smells or damp feeling at all. It made it easy to get a good workout in, freshen up, and start the day feeling good.

Negative experience: Tiny gym, looks old. If you want a day trial, you need to provide that you are a resident and living in perth, which they failed to tell me until I turned up for the free trial. And then said its in the TS&C, who the hell reads them. Really annoyed me to be honest. I get it. But the gym its self really isnt great. Revo gym is loads better and cheaper.

Negative experience: The water dispenser is contaminated. I don’t go anywhere other than the gym because I work from home. I visited this snap gym and drank the water from the dispenser. After 3 days I am stuck with high fever and a cold. Please ensure that the drinking water is safe and maybe fix the pressure on the fountain.

Fantastic experience: In Perth for a week and was looking for a gym. Shout out to Maddie behind the counter. They gave me and my Fiancée the best customer service when signing up for one week. They took their time showing us around and that made us feel very comfortable and cared for. Gym was nice, clean and has got everything you need.

Negative experience: I went to the gym for 6 months. While starting the membership, i was promised free PT classes which encouraged me to join. But i tried requesting the manager several times but never got a PT session. Pretty disappointing. Also the gym is in a really bad condition at times with weight kept all around. I wouldn't recommend joining this gym.

Negative experience: In the middle of my training they took me out of the gym because I didn't have a towel, I understand the biosafety measures, but I see no reason for them to take me out of the gym, besides the fact that the gym was old and with damaged machines, I didn't have towels to supply to users, I do not recommend this gym 0/10. The above led me to cancel my subscription.

Fantastic experience: Maddi is the single greatest gym manager I've had the pleasure of hanging out with and 100% one of the main reasons I continue to use Snap CBD. Not only do they make me & my partner feel really welcome, they helped me settle in and actually get over my fear and anxiety of gyming especially by myself. I honestly avoid most other Snap Fitness gyms now because the vibe isn't the same as CBD. Honestly - I don't know if I'd continue to use CBD if Maddi ever left! I'm usually there 4-5 times a week and it's always a pleasure to have a chat with them. They're helpful, care so much about safety and the comfort of other members. Maddi, never change - you rock!

Negative experience: I was a member at this gym for good 8 months. Every member is promised a PT session at the start of the contract, but no one gets it. I have tried chasing the club manager several times for it but no luck. I have asked around and seems like most of the members never get the complimentary PT session that this gym promises at the start of the membership. Also, the gym gets really dirty on the weekends. Could be because its not cleaned on weekend, but not sure.

It’s perfectly positioned in the city, is staffed by super friendly and helpful staff and isn’t overpacked like some gyms meaning easy access to the weights and equipment I want to use. It’s also clean with plenty of facilities for changing or when nature calls.
