Fantastic experience: The gym is kept clean and well maintained and has had a recent upgrade to most of its free-weight benches. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make an effort to keep the gym in working condition. There are a good mix of machine and free weights, cardio machines and open workout areas.

Negative experience: DON'T COME HERE. For the love of God and your gains. The car park is very tight, and small, and there are always people sleeping on the sidewalk, or standing on the corner begging for money, there's literally only one entrance for vehicles, so you basically have to wait your turn to pull in or out. Has to be the worst vibes of any gym I have ever been in. The atmosphere is atrocious, the air is heavy and hot, the aircon is awful, its cramped and always crowded. They play mind eroding pop- remixes on loop that make you feel as though your very sanity is slipping away. The equipment is mediocre(at best) and antiquated in the worst way. They recently were bought out by an even worse company at managing a gym and raised their prices about 35% For the same terrible gym service. Offer 4 weeks free promotion, charge you 8 days later. (That's not 4 weeks free) bathrooms are always dirty and smell of mildew. They are seriously lacking in their free weights, and have very little in options for most of your important exercises. Did I mention they just raised their prices 35% ? Because they did and it's terrible. Go to anytime fitness, or spot fitness, or or fitness works, but don't go to this one, ifitness cooly is amazing, it's just this millner location is disgusting.

Negative experience: Equipment is not well maintained, many health and safety issues can be found but go to deaf ears. Worse than city one only because the city has new equipment but there's no pride or care from the owners on this gym. Should be minus 3 stars

Positive experience: Clean, well equipped, nicely set out, good aircon, good weight and resistance machines, step and rowing machines etc. Current special annual membership price is very competitive and good value.

Negative experience: Many times felt discrimination by city ifitness staff. Especially the young boy who works in city.

Negative experience: The gym is getting worse day by day, not enough equipment, i would say. Sometimes, it smells, and no one actually cares. The ropes are almost broken, and equipment is out of order many times. I would not recommend this gym anymore.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional gym I’ve ever been to. the place is always messy the machines are always broken for months the place smells and they go through employees like nothing because they can’t keep workers. I’ve learnt first hand that people covered in tattoos get judged by management and owners because they look like criminals so due to that I’ve cancelled my 2 year membership and taken my money elsewhere I highly do NOT recommend this gym

Positive experience: Hard to get into if you're not a member , you'll have to call them and it's not staffed on weekends . Other than that it's a nice clean gym with plenty of equipment to use and never so busy that you won't be able to get an exercise in .

Negative experience: They messed with my account and didn’t cancel as it should be in September 2022. Today in January 2023 I have seen I was still being charged by the gym. They don’t wanna refund me after this mess. I lost 500$ for nothing. I’m asking you to refund me asap for this prejudice

Negative experience: Have been going here since it opened, nowhere near the same now days. Machines constantly break down and take ages to fix, two treadmills have been out of order for months now. Staff sit behind that desk on their phones most of the time and enforce nothing about putting weights back, using a towel etc. There are certain members who go around putting weights away every time they visit. The only good thing about this place now is the price. Make sure and ask for the $550 for 13 months or go somewhere else.

Negative experience: If you go into arrears the staff will message you on facebook and tell you you'll never get a lease or a loan and have permament bad credit and won't get a job either in future. Scare tactics and over stating the importance of paying them. Don't charge for payment when they gym is closed due to covid, even consumer affairs said I wasn't liable, forwarded the email, ifitness ignored it and asked me to pay. scabby gym or just dumb staff

Negative experience: I joined the unlimited crèche services on March Staff didn’t notified me while joining about the lack of crèche staff Though they say it’s 5 days a week when I joined They changed to 4 days a week after I joined and even their staff was only Available for two days a week I cancelled it after three weeks of joining because of lack of staffing and it wasn’t worth of what I am paying I clearly told for no more amount should be deducted from my account anymore as I cancelled because of their poor crèche services and they were like okay But after a fortnight they debited twice from my account saying that in policy I should inform them 30 days prior? How can I wait for another 30 days ??? If they don’t have enough staff and they want me to keep on paying for another 30 days???

Positive experience: Location from entrance is a bit troublesome. Gym-goers don't return equipment to their respectable racks, e.g dumbbells are frequently placed all over the place and are difficult to locate. Herd mentality in regards to hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and happy to help with machines and questions. Really nice, new modern gym. Modern cardio machines that connect to the internet, TV and games. Even has an area of fake grass where you can do core and stretching. Doesn't feel like a 'boys club' or that you're not welcome - which I've felt at other gyms.
