Complete Health Cairns

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym in Cairns. The classes are well thought out, with a variety to choose from, and tailor made for specific needs. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are working each exercise correctly. I have gained strength and confidence and really enjoy this gym. I’ve also made close friends, I’m elderly and need to do structured exercise in order to continue with my independent living. I highly recommend Complete Health.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym this is. Never been to a gym in my life and was persuaded to join. Two years later, feeling stronger and can actually get up off the floor now which I couldn't do before. Instructors are kind and make sure your doing everything correctly. Different classes to choose from and apart from the exercise a great place to meet new friends.
