Positive experience: Great gym facility that looks, smells and feels new. Convenient location, with ample parking and easy access to the gym. No need for plastic gym cards or key fobs... just your face! The best part about the gym is the free training session we had with Kerry Sims, who ended up being our personal trainer. Definitely worth the investment! The only criticism is that their website was never updated. We rocked up to a couple of classes in the morning only to find out that they were moved by half an hour or were not on at all. A bit annoying, but outside of that, really great gym.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I've never been a huge fan of gyms as I find they are often quite intimidating, however Club Vitality has changed my outlook and given me a space to work out in confidently. The community that Sam and Keifer have created is nothing short of spectacular and they are always around to help if I had questions about workouts or just general support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training for over 25 years and lived all over the world and up till last year traveled for business every week. I’ve visited and experienced a large number of gyms , fitness centres and clubs in that time. Club Vitality is my home now. I feel the great energy and vibe every time I walk in . I’m welcomed like a friend with open arms and joy. The owners and leadership team are second to none in the business. Music , lighting, cleanliness , organisation and top quality equipment. Well thought out layout and design. The members are fantastic group of people all with common goals and full of kindness . Some days when everyone is in together feels like that Barber shop vibe I would get back in the U.S. laugher , advice, trash talk when deserved. I am in my best shape in my life due to the trainers and my love of going every day to the gym . Great work to the Club Vitality Crew. VL

Fantastic experience: As a resident of South City Square the convenience of a 24/7 boutique gym facility is paramount - always clean, modern design & fitness equipment undoubtedly makes this space workable for everyone. The team at CV - Sam, Keifer & Kate are great motivators in their game to get you to your goals -a pet friendly environment. My fav - the magnesium spa & infra red sauna a must after your workout.

Fantastic experience: A great little hidden community that makes working out and getting healthy fun! From the daily group classes, magnesium spa/ infrared sauna and friendly PT's, it's one of the best parts of my day attending the gym. I have been training with Keifer for a few months now and I have been able to continue on my weight loss journey and develop confidence in my form doing exercises and using new gym equipment. Other gyms I've been to seem intimidating, but all the trainer's at club vitality are respectful and willing to help you without judgement while you're needing to learn. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good people, welcoming staff, all equipment is new, it's always clean. Never have to wait for a space to workout, it's never been too busy where I have felt cramped. Heaps of great free side activities on offer for free. And you can upgrade and peace out in the sauna/Spa. Great gym

Fantastic experience: Club Vitality id a great gym at the Gabba and I would highly recommend it. The gym is well equipped , kept very clean, uses all protocols to keep gym members safe when they train. You can feel comfortable training there as they have electronic security systems for access to the gym. They have good personal trainers at reasonable prices. I've been going there since it opened and am relieved that we can train regularly as it improves my mental and physical health

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and happy to help, unlike any other gym I've been to before! Classes and social events are great if you're a hermit like me. Well equipped, face recognition entry is handy, and other members are pretty cool too. No complaints!

I love the natural lighting that Club Vitality offers and has all the right machines I need for my workout. They also offer an infrared sauna, magnesium salt spa and have face recognition when you access - how cool is that!

Fantastic experience: Been going to club vitality for about four/five months now and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Sam, Keifer and the rest of the trainers are always willing to help out with advice and encouragement which makes it a really homey place to go. Love it!

I was a little intimidated because it was my first time ever signing up for a gym, but Sam and Keifer made me feel really supported and comfortable. The gym itself is well equipped, open 24/7 and has facial recognition so you dont have to worry about losing a fob or swipe card. I couldn't recommend Club Vitality enough!

Fantastic experience: As a taller girl whose weight has yo-yo’d like crazy over the last couple of years, I was nervous about joining Club Vitality. I was self conscious about, well everything! From day one the crew at Club Vitality have made me feel comfortable and welcome. They patiently answered all of my questions and showed me how to use equipment I wasn’t used to. The crew gave me guidance on how to modify workouts to accommodate sports injuries and wrote a targeted program for me to use. I was hesitant to use the free weights as it seemed the male dominated zone of every gym I had every been in beforehand. But not at Club V! There is no gender divide between the weights and cardio areas that is typical in the generic gyms. In addition to the “get your sweat on in your happy place vibes”, Club Vitality has fostered a warm and supportive community of awesome humans. I have met some truly wonderful people as a result and been able to learn so much more. As cheesy as it sounds Club V has enriched my life an unforeseen amount. Since joining Club Vitality in November, 2019, I have lost 21.9kg and increased my muscle mass by 11%. My next goal is to gain another 13% muscle mass and lose 8.6kg which I am confident I will achieve with the support of the team at Club Vitality!

Fantastic experience: Club Vitality is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. It has a relaxed atmosphere which makes working out as a beginner much more comfortable. The new equipment is awesome and the layout of the place is well thought out. Sam and Keifer have done an excellent job in planning and execution of the place!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym nice and clean with brand new equiptment. Love the yoga room and how it can open up to get fresh air. Dog friendly just adds to the lovely calm atmosphere.

I met Keifer a couple of months before the gym opened and he was very flexible with starting my membership and the logistics in doing so as I was still a member at another gym. Happy to have made the transfer across and hope they do well.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful venue, very spacious gym inside, super friendly staff and they’re dog friendly which is amazing!! And they offer great classes such as yoga, boxing and boot camps. For yoga they have their own yoga studio inside which is stunning and so ambient, so it’s very private away from the main gym space. You can access the gym any time which is super convenient. There’s also plenty of parks around which is also very handy to know. Highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: When I went and enquired about the gym I was treated by the amazing staff who showed me the gym explained everything and was so friendly. He gave me various options to consider. The gym itself has amazing equipments, lots of space to work out. There is a spa coming soon too... Overall I am having an amazing experience

Fantastic experience: Great gym (has to be the best in Aus) and best staff too! They totally fixed my diet and my way of training. Just because something works for one person on “the gram” doesn’t mean it works for everyone, and that wasnt working for me. These guys went step by step and showed me where I was going wrong, gave me a plan that worked for my body type and turned it all around. Countless years doing things the wrong way and finally I am on the right track and building towards my goals. I eat better, I train better, I sleep better and I feel better thanks to these guys. Even my grumpy doctor is happy. Ha.

Fantastic experience: The coaches are very nice, they always receive you with a big smile, the equipment is really good and you can have a solid workout anytime of the day. Besides of the modern design and bright open space, which is always a plus in a gym!

The range of equipment is great, the programs are tailored to every individual. All of the trainers are helpful and the Club Vitality Community is completely non-judgmental, which is so good for females especially! Awesome, fresh, uplifting vibe - with amazing yoga teachers and first class amenities including infrared sauna and mineral spas. Fantastic experience: This is one of the loveliest gyms I have been too. It's fresh and clean, has all the equipment you could need, a nice yoga space and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking onsite and good coffee nearby.

Now that I'm more comfortable working out Its been amazing having access to a 24 hour gym with staff there most of the time to help out. 10/10 is a fantastic gym!
