Positive experience: It’s a solid gym with decent equipment that’s in good condition, it’s not my local gym but I enjoy training there. Unfortunately the lady at the front desk was unnecessarily rude and short with me and my mate which left a sour taste in my mouth. I noticed another review saying the same thing.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym

Fantastic experience: Jetts is great in general because of the high number of locations, but Fortitude valley in particular is the best gym in the most convenient location. It is in the same building as the train station, and the equipment is high quality. Most gym goers are also friendly, so it feels like a community.

Negative experience: The woman at the front desk is overly masculine and has a nasty authoritative attitude. Turn it of and learn some manners. You are a woman not a man. Act like it and have some diligence.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the gym so this is my first subscription anywhere, but I gotta say this is a very well organised, clean, and well equiped gym. It has all the machines I could need and more. The help I got from Bonnie and the other staff is monumental I wouldn’t have stayed this long if it wasn’t for the help of the staff and the condition of the gym.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with state of the art equipment. Plenty of variety with machines and weights as well as a good array of classes for all levels. What makes this gym stand out are the legends who work here, primarily Bonnie and Meg (Clyde). They are the dynamic duo who always great you with a smile and always up for a chat and a laugh. They make going to the gym all worth while. Can't go wrong at Jetts Fortitude Valley!

Fantastic experience: Great and easy to access facility, decent variety of machines for all levels of training. Clean and tidy washrooms/change rooms, plenty of lockers. The team at FV is friendly, love how the team is passionate and friendly. There's free 2h parking and on slower days I use train/bus to get there, practically no excuse to skip my workout!

Fantastic experience: I very sadly had to cancel my membership at jetts fortitude valley due to moving away from the area- unlike most gyms, they were very understanding and made the process easy. This is an excellent, clean, well-equipped gym with friendly staff and an awesome vibe. The members here are super considerate of each other, which is great for new gym goers finding their feet. It ticks all the boxes and I will miss it!

Probably the best part about the gym is the energy and I find myself actually looking forward to going. Staff are very helpful and the members are friendly.

Positive experience: Conveniently located in the train station and open 24/7 for a workout any time of the day. Great range of free weights and machines available and very friendly staff who will happily assist you or answer any queries. Ventilation is good and the big fans are fantastic when you really start to sweat. Lockers could be better - not all of them are lockable - but the crowd is friendly and your things feel safe regardless.
