Negative experience: I was working in QLD for work for a couple of months, but live in VIC. More than a month after returning back to VIC I got an email stating I was now a member of Spring Hill Snap and my rate was increasing by more than $10 a month. After emailing to confirm I lived in Vic and had not attended the Spring Hill snap for more than a month, Kiko (club manager) responded stating “that’s the policy and too bad.” After being a snap member for over 3 years, it’s disappointing that considering I live in Victoria, and I hadn’t attended the gym in over a month, a logical resolution could not of been offered under the discretion of a club manager. Typical response from someone who cares more about the money than their members. I’d suggest finding another gym option if you are a local to Spring Hill

Fantastic experience: After checking out several gyms around Brisbane, I finally decided on Snap Fitness, and honestly, it was a great choice. It’s a well-equipped gym with solid facilities, a friendly atmosphere, and most importantly, it’s not overcrowded like many others where working out becomes a struggle. I want to give special mention to Kiko, who was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed from the start. His professionalism and approachability really stood out and made the experience even better. The equipment is in great condition, there’s a good variety available, and the overall environment makes it easy to focus on your training. All in all, I highly recommend Snap Fitness if you’re looking for a serious, well-run gym in Brisbane with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of several gyms in Brisbane, and without a doubt, Snap Spring Hill is my favourite. It has an international atmosphere, it’s clean, and has everything you need to train. I especially want to highlight that both the manager and the assistant manager speak several languages, this makes a big difference and really makes you feel at home. I 100% RECOMMEND IT.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 stars!! Medium sized gym with great equipment and one of the best staff teams out there. James in particular was just amazing with setting me up with a week pass and just being a positive and professional member of that team while I was on "holiday" and visiting Australia for the first time. I was lucky to have picked that gym for my short stay here.

Negative experience: If you're looking for a gym that clearly disregards gym etiquette, this one’s for you. Despite raising concerns with management about the gym’s hygiene issues, nothing changes. Management has fostered a culture where members are allowed to train without towels and it's accepted that they don’t wipe down machines after use. There’s little effort to maintain a clean or safe environment, and management fails to intervene when members leave equipment scattered or show a lack of respect for the space.

Fantastic experience: A commercial gym that has a great hack squat and t bar row! So rare Plenty of equipment, a sauna and huge dumbbell rack, I never wait too long to use equipment

Negative experience: Extremely shady Business!!!! My brother used my card for a gym membership and he has asked directly for it to be taken off since I’m not in Australia and living in the U.S. They have continuously charged me even with me leaving voicemails for them to take my card off the membership and my brother directly talking to them to take my debit card off the membership. This business is terrible at picking up the phone and has not called me back either. I’m directly leaving this review to tell people do not go to this gym because they will continually charge you for a membership fee that is no longer being used and has been requested Multiple times to be taken off. If you’re not going to take my card off, I’m continuously going to leave these reviews so people don’t get screwed over. You guys should be ashamed of yourself . Any new gym goers, do not go to this gym.

Negative experience: Tried coming into store twice with no one at the front desk. Waiting around for some service. Tried calling the number on the website multiple times. Going to have to try another gym because no one here works apparently

Fantastic experience: I am not the one who change my reviews, but in this case i have to. When i first started it was in need of a "renovation project" and boy did they!! An amazing transformation has been made to this gym with brand new machines and equipment + the facilities. Truly amazing and it has everything you need and more. I left the gym for 48h to join another one closer to home.. Big mistake!! I came running back cause once ur in the snap family, no other gym can compare. When i wrote my first review it was a solid 3 star, but now it's a strong and amazing 5 star

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Snap Spring Hill for a couple of years now and the staff there are friendly and lovely. They've just recently renovated so all the equipment is shiny and fresh and I have to say the abductor/adductor machine is a revelation my inner things have never been so choice, 5 Stars!

Positive experience: Medium-sized chain gym on the top floor of a small shopping centre, which was undergoing a bit of a renovation when I visited. Reasonable range of machines, racks, and weights, and it does look like they're getting some new ones too. They do a day pass and a week pass (available from reception), but you can only access during manned hours - so not in the evening or weekends. 20$aus for a day pass was a little pricey by UK standards, but to be fair, it seems to be the going rate for Australia.

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Spring Hill never disappoints. Such a convenient location. Their new renovations coming up will have the space feeling refreshed and spacious and I am SO EXCITED! Thoroughly enjoy being a part of this community and Maeve & Wyatt are like no other. We are so thankful to have such amazing managers! <3 I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

Negative experience: Equipment is old and machine pads are all worn out. Some equipment has out "out of order" signs on them for weeks and weeks and nothing seems to be done. It's pretty clear that the owners aren't interested on maintaining this place. Would recommend a different snap or different gym all together

Fantastic experience: Used to go to snap fitness all of 2017 and when I moved back to Brisbane in June I signed right back up. Great to see the club has only gotten better over the years. Chucky is doing a great job. Love the new functional fitness room - huge upgrade from the one around the corner.

Fantastic experience: If you're thinking about to start gym, come here. If you don't want to start gym, you should start with us :) Really nice club, plenty of machines, equipment and nice staffs. Has private showers, restrooms and bag storage. Close to Woolworths, subway etc you can find many thnig before or after your training.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with great equipment very clean. Cost me$14 usd for a day pass. Would absolutely lift here again when I'm back in Brisbane. They have several power racks full set of dumbbells locker rooms etc. Highly recommend going to this gym.

Negative experience: HEY GUYS! Please very carefully if some day you want to cancel your membership with the club. I joined them for over 5 years (2017-2022). However, on Nov 2022, I requested to freeze my membership for one month and I realized after 1 month that this request was never actioned. Consequently my “outstanding fee” increased. I think the name of the staff member who attended my requested at that time was Karma or something like that. In fact, 3 months later I got an email from resolutions team communicating that I my outstanding fee increased considerably. BE CAREFULLY guys!!!! Apparently, if you want to cancel/hold etc your membership, you would need to deal with staff that could not do their job or don’t properly inform you the process or steps to go ahead with this request and therefore you MUST to pay ($) their mistakes. NEVER THIS CLUB AGAIN & CERO RECOMMENDATIONS AT ALL FROM NOW & ONWARD.

Fantastic experience: I went today and it was amazing. Amazing staff and shout out to Chuckie (Guy with the tattoos) for a warm welcome. I Would 100% join the gym if I wasn't on holiday from Victoria. Great selection of machines. Can work on any body part you desire.

Negative experience: The guy behind the desk complained that I was being too noisy when lowering the weights on the machines? He must have sensitive hearing as nobody has ever complained about the last few years that I have been a member. Too bad his eyesight was as acute or he might pick up the members who don't bring a towel or bother to wipe their bodily fluids up after using the equipment. Then again, in three years have never seen any of the staff chat anyone for not bringing a towel, even when they are working out right in front of them!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at this gym for almost 3 years now and haven't found a single reason to stop going there. It is like a second home for me where I met pretty much all the friends I have in Australia. The welcome you get from Jackie and Milan when you walk in surely pumps you up. They are always down for a good banter. The gym itself is a treat to work out at. With variety of equipment at your disposal and big range of weights, you will never run out of options. The new set up has definitely raised the bar and everyone seems to enjoy it and make good use of it. The group classes are a treat to attend as well. It is always fun and laughs while attending them and they sure make you sweat. For me gym is my happy place and snap fitness spring hill has surely given me all the reasons to be happy while I am working on myself :)

Negative experience: Useless gym I've been too. Came from a different state and wanted to work out but my partner doesn't go to gym and had no where to stay while I went as I have friends here but she doesn't so she wanted to watch me train and was asked to pay $15 to sit on the bench and watch. The workers were not friendly and weren't very much help.

Fantastic experience: It's a decent size gym for the city, not like the warehouse size gyms of old, but pretty good. Can get very busy and the staff have always been friendly. I haven't tried out their classes, I just use weights and machines. Good shower facilities. Haven't tried other gyms in the city, but at the moment I have no reason to. 24h access as with the rest of Snap.

Fantastic experience: I give 5 stars for the human element at Snap Fitness. You feel welcome from first contact. Each time you visit they warmly greet you & say farewell with genuine friendliness at the end of each workout. I have found Snap Fitness in all of the locations I’ve visited in Brisbane to be excellent. Tank St is a little different to Adelaide St & Turbot St is a little different again. IMHO Turbot st is all the best bits of Tank St & Adelaide St (I know I will definitely be heading back to Turbot St next time I’m in Brisbane even if the other gyms are closer). All of the classes by Sam Tipene (HIIT, Strength, Boxing & Core) are absolutely brilliant. All of the group fitness trainers that I’ve trained with at Snap Fitness are excellent but Sam is a cut above. If I lived here I’d join the Turbot St gym just to attend his classes. Plus the people who train in Sam’s classes are really nice. On two separate occasions someone got a mat for me. I can’t remember anyone ever doing an act of kindness like that in any gym I’ve ever been to. Perhaps it is a reflection on Sam’s leadership & the friendly & respectful atmosphere that he brings to the class.

Fantastic experience: Good size gym with staff who really do help. The showers are private and clean as well. If you are shy about going to the gym the best time is to go between 12:30 to 2:30, not a lot of people. If you like to have lots of people around to inspire you then after 2:30 onwards you begin to get the professionals coming in. It is one of the best I have been to.

Positive experience: The new set up is great, really spacious! Good equipment! But they are really missing out on cleanliness... seems like no one vaccums or is in charge of cleaning the gym. The toilets are disgusting. Its a place where people sweat a lot, bringing your towel is not enough to keep the space hygienic. I dont even want to lie down to do abs because of how dirty the floor is. Hairs everywhere

Fantastic experience: This Snap is great! Tons of squat racks and pullup bars, lots of space for deadlifts. Staff member Milan signed me up, very friendly, helpful and energetic, great customer service!
