Negative experience: Since I was just a casual visit I didn’t get much attention and got treated very differently When I did not want to sign up for a membership. The vibe was not there for me. I wish it was but I did not enjoy myself at this gym did not feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Started out good until someone touched my support animal and I had words with that person and having a disability just topped it over after and receiving discrimination that day was unfair I had so much respect for the staff and now I just feel let down because of the lack of respect against being different so that why I have let myself down now as my fitness journey was going so well until this incident happened then got told to never come back unfair discrimination and harassment towards me

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness Epsom a few months back and have been thoroughly impressed with the gym's welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained equipment. I want to highlight a employee that has gone above and beyond to help me out, I joined snap because I had a really big fitness test for a dream job coming up, at that stage I wasn't reaching any passing marks for it Thanks to Daniel’s guidance, I not only achieved my goals but also passed the test with plenty of leeway! His encouragement also boosted my confidence, and as someone who often struggles with motivation going to the gym, Daniel made my workouts enjoyable. He took the time to explain how each exercise would help me reach my specific objectives along with personalised workout guides to help, making my training experience both effective and engaging. I’m incredibly grateful for his support! Thanks again Daniel and the great snap team at Epsom! :)

Fantastic experience: This gym hosts amazing equipment, extremely friendly staff. They have every machine that you could ask for, the gym is extremely clean and tidy. Overall, I would strongly recommend Snapfitness to anyone looking to join a gym.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE coming to Snap Epsom. The staff are absolutely amazing and super accommodating to anyone and everyone that walks into the club. The equipment is top of the range and so well looked after. I was bullied while picking my child up from the child minding facilities and the staff handled this amazingly, they do not tolerate unacceptable behaviour and even helped me to my car, then followed that up with a meaningful check-in text while informing me that this person was no longer a member and that I wont see them at the club (this reassurance meant so much). Forever greatful for how lucky we are at Epsom

Negative experience: You need to display wifi password for clients. No point in boating free wifi and not displaying password… please fix

Negative experience: Really good space and equipment, BUT I WANTED to cancel my membership, so I sent them an email requesting cancellation, and their response was an offer of a free personal training session. For the lack of my response to that offer, I assumed they would have thought that I just wanted cancellation. But 4 months and 8 payments later, I'm still trying to cancel my membership.

Negative experience: This is the 2nd month they have taken after my membership had been cancelled for over 6 months. I want my money back. This is an edit of my original post. I reciev3d my refund ( thank you), but now I have had to block their numbers as they have rang me and hassled me to change my 1 star review. I don't believe I should change anything because they gave my money back. This has happened to someone else i know and now she has a debt with them. Very unfair. Oh also there is a massive fee that your NOT told about foe the access card that I was not told about until after I signed the paperwork. Very poorly managed.

Fantastic experience: I began my Reformer Pilates journey 10 months ago and have never looked back. Previously I have never been a person who’d enjoyed fitness classes, however, I am now a ‘Reformer Junkie’. I have found my core strength has increased dramatically, where my posture has changed and I no longer have lower back pain. I have muscle definition and more flexibility. The trainers at Snap Fitness Epsom are supportive and encouraging. Whether you be a beginner or an experienced participant in Reformer Pilates, they will take you through each movement safely and offer up options to challenge.

Fantastic experience: Incredible reformer class, and the facilities are great, reformer beds were clean and tidy with lots of space between. Our Class Trainer made effort to ensure all skill (Pilates) levels were addressed, making sure everyone got abit out of the class. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've only been a member for a couple weeks now and haven't regretted it. It is a very clean place. It's nice to have equipment that is easy to use and is good for beginners to use. The staff are kind, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere provides a positive space to workout. I'm glad I took the leap to sign up to snap fitness epsom, I have had a positive change in many aspects ofy life since signing up, it is good to be just down the road from home and easy to access.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym in Bendigo for nearly three years now, and I can confidently say that it is the best gym I have ever been to. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and everyone is so friendly. What sets this gym apart from others is how child-friendly it is, which is a rarity in most gyms. The availability of a child minding area has made it so much easier for me to attend my gym sessions, or has the accessibility to welcomely take around the pram. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this gym enough! I’ve not been at the gym very long but in that short time the staff have been so kind and proactive in making sure that whatever your goals are they are there to help you achieve it. The gym is brand new so new equipment and clean spacious area, there are classes, PT, challenges and spaces for more private workouts. I’ve attended at all times of the day and never found it too busy. Most importantly this gym is welcoming and supportive to everyone- I have sometimes found gyms intimidating but certainly not this one. Great job to Maddy and the team!

I’ve been going to Snapfitness in Epsom consistently for the past two and a half years now and I couldn’t recommend a better place to go to! Not only is there access to a range of high quality machines and equipment, the staff are most certainly what makes the place out to be the most pleasant environment and atmosphere❤️

Fantastic experience: I always said a few years ago I would never join a gym again due to a bad experience but 5 years ago I joined Snap and been the best thing. Owners are fantastic! Love that there is one closer to home. Both sites are clean, up to date, staff and community are great, nothing is ever an issue to sort out. So glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been apart of. The space is incredible, it has all the equipment you could want and more. The people at the gym are very friendly and welcoming which is great for whoever suffers from gym anxiety. Not only that the staff are incredible, especially the Manager Maddy who is very humble and is always up for a friendly chat!
