Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Healthy Mates! Have been going for years for Physio work and needling and always leave feeling great. Staff are very knowledgeable, fantastic at their job and always very friendly. A great local business! 5 stars!

Negative experience: Current receptionist is atrocious. Rude, judgemental and ableist. Had the worst experience just because I didn’t understand the recent price increases or why for a concession card holder there was no differences in prices, waste of appointments, was called names and called dumb when I’m just autistic, was hung up on multiple times and when I asked to speak to the manager I was hung up on again and after reaching out to manager receptionist had deleted my emails to the manager. Gave up after because the mental stress, judgment and just the mess of trying to speak to a manager was just not worth it

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and will accommodate you according to your needs. Hydrotherapy pools, spa,sauna and gym are well located and easily accessible. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the physiotherapists work with you at your pace , listen to your concerns, fears and work with you so that you are able to get the best outcomes possible.

Positive experience: I went there as a class for my first go at hydrotherapy and it was great! The staff were very helpful and informative and it was a great atmosphere and experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent information session provided for my Year 12 PE class on the topic of Recovery. Students gained a great insight by undertaking a hydrotherapy session.

Fantastic experience: The best physiotherapists and exercise physiologist in the area, with fantastic service and hydrotherapy facilities available. Great to be able to come in during the footy season and recover to the best possible extent!
