Fantastic experience: Great merch, meals and supplements on sale. The gym has a good selection of machines and plenty of free weight areas. They also saved my purchased sessions for over 1 year, which I was impressed with as an infrequent visitor to Bendigo.

Negative experience: When I was a member I walked in and say hello only for the two staff members to stare at me from behind the desk and continue talking.. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to people who are trying to find encouragement to go to gym as I didn’t feel very welcome

Negative experience: I told the owner in person at the desk that I needed to update my bank details and he said he'd call me to do so, I came down with CoVID and was bedridden for about 2 weeks, my account was referred to debit success shortly after the first failed payment and I tried in vain to get the owner to see reason but he thinks it's my fault and that I owe him over $300 for not being in his gym for a few months

Fantastic experience: I have been lifting for over 40 years, trained at many gyms, including OS and I'm pleased to say that Silverback is one of the best equipped, cleanest well run gyms I have had the pleasure to train at. Fantastic range of equipment, from free weights to machines and cardio. Clean hygenic gym. Great atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and very very helpful. Full range of supplements available. House music is good too. As soon as you walk in you can see and feel this is a well kept gym, Brad takes pride in his gym and it shows. Well done Brad, its a pleasure to train at your gym.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure exactly where to start but the gentalmen Brad who works there is the representation of how a gym should be. He's been a person to talk to, enhabit knowledge on supplements but also a very compassionate and a very understanding person of how me as a person from a bad past can change to something great. Also not gonna lie I don't know the names of other staff there but they have all been next level friendly and also can't forget probably the cheapest gym prices I've seen in long time with no lock in contract. Very comfortable environment and lots of equipment.... Highly recommended, thank you silverback for helping me recover from my past mistakes and accepting me as an equal no matter what I've been through :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym with Hammer benches and great balanced dumbells. Plenty of squat racks, cardio equipment and the old guy who owns the place is an ex Champion Body Builder. He was really helpful and gave me a few workouts free to get a feel for the place. Overall a super friendly gym with a great vibe. As a side note it’s great to See these independent specialised gyms that really care about their clients

Fantastic experience: $5 casuals are an actual godsend. Location is actually perfect- I don't have an excuse not to go to the gym when McQuinn's is right in town! The boys are so helpful and there's always service with a smile. They don't mind if you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned professional athlete; there is something there for literally everyone- and advice/encouragement whenever you need it! Thanks Danny and the guys at McQuinn's- you're so amazing.

Fantastic experience: Mcquinn's Gym is the place for everyone. Amazing coaching, great machines, friendly people and staff, what more could ask for. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help, doesn't matter if its for a spot or even the right technique on a lift. With causals only being $5, it is well worth a visit. At Mcquinns Gym they really do care!

Positive experience: All the equipment you'll need. No classes, but I don't need them. Personal training available and a very friendly owner. Always acknowledges everyone. Showers are there too.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for a lifter, has all the things you need to get your workout done. Only has weights, and limited cardio machines though, so if you're interested in classes as well, they aren't here. Does have bathroom and shower facilities too. Bottom line, coming here is insane value. Memberships are very inexpensive, and for the traveler or casual user, $5 single visit passes are unique to Doherty's, with other gyms charging $15 or more for a casual visit.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in bendigo easily. Every time i go back home to bendigo i make sure i pop in and have a train. The facilities, atmosphere and prices are awesome. But the one thing that sets this gym so apart from other from others is the owner. Danny is the ONLY owner of ANY gym ive trained at (thats quite a few over the years) thats so personable, flexible and passionate about what your needs might be. If your thinking about joining a gym, go down and ask for danny and you'll see what i mean. Can't wait to see what the new mcquinnes gym is like next year !!
