Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym around here! The equipment is very new and the gym is always clean with wipes and spray available for cleaning. Griff is always very friendly and offers help to anyone in the gym. Would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with the best equipment. The trainers are fantastic who know their stuff. This is a great gym for beginners and experienced, particularly if you're intereated weight training. Trainers do small personal training group sessions which are really useful if you need guidance on form. Not only are the trainers lovely but so are the other members, everyone helps each other out.
