Fantastic experience: This is such a great set up for tots!! You can really stand back and let them explore and throw themselves around because everything is padded and there's so much room to play with lots of different mats, tramps and obstacles.

Emma and her team do such an incredible job, are professional and are excellent coaches, with their gymnasts competing at local, state, national and international levels! A very high quality gym that is suitable for all walks of life. Excellent morale and a friendly, welcoming team! I highly recommend Palmers Gym.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough in regards to head coach Emma and her fabulous team of coaching staff. Our kids have learnt so much under her guidance. Palmers encourages every athlete at every age and ability. We are lucky to have such a wonderful club.

Fantastic experience: As a former athlete at Palmers gym in Bendigo I can’t speak highly enough about the club. The inclusivity of all athletes from all levels and ages is so amazing to see. The coaching staff are so professional and patient, always encouraging the best out of kids. Some of my most fond memories growing up are at Palmers Gym. I have life long friends and skills learnt from John Palmer that I still use on a daily basis. I am so lucky now to have all 4 of my girls involved in the club.

Fantastic experience: Gymnastics is fundamental to movement and it forms the basis for all sports. Palmers Gym have been doing it better than anyone for almost 50 years, helping countless children and young people 'learn to fly'. With such professional leadership, excellence in coaching, combined with a total commitment to providing a holistic and inclusive program to ALL, I cannot recommend Palmers Gym highly enough. Not only do they teach gymnastic skills, more importantly, they develop the whole person.
